Lovely meal to celebrate mams birthday, we all felt relaxed and made very welcome, comfortable surroundings and able to take as much time as we wished. We pre ordered Xmas Fayre, food was piping hot and veg so fresh and tasty, meat so tender, the best chocolate pud I've had. All the family want to say a big thankyou to all the staff for working so hard to provide for their guests and especially at such a busy time of year, thankyou xx

Went for fathers day lunch & i gotta ssy the food was gorgeous. I had roast beef dinner , the meat melted im my mouth the veg was cooked to perfection & very tasty. Service was great & price was value for money. The only thing that spoilt it for us was we were in conservatory & withh it being a hot day it was very uncomfortable.

First time being here in years. The food was good, as was the service. Did not take long for the food to arrive. The pub has a decent sized car park, as well as plenty of tables, and two bars. There is also an outdoor seating area / beer garden. Perfect for these lighter, warmer nights ☺️

My favourite pub ever , new owners are lovely as are all the staff, they're always happy to help , They opened an hour early for my brothers wake (upon request)and they we're all so fantastic, I couldn't thank them all enough, anyway they do the best freshly cooked nosh ever too, perfect beer garden in summer, large pool room with dart board and sunlit conservatory, can go alone and will be made very welcome, the toilets are spotlessly clean and smell so nice too, very family friendly, kids are always welcome , from a quick drink in the afternoon to Sunday lunch with all the family this is the place to go, check for yourself you won't be disapointed 😁

Great evening meal for 3 of us on Saturday; varied menu, well cooked, nicely presented, and served with a smile in their cherry blossom beer garden. Would certainly go again for food, and their wine menu was good, too.

Good service, decent food with a nice family atmosphere. The menu wasn’t huge, which is good, but there’s enough choice for both adults and kids.

Lovely pint in the beer garden with the dog, only fault is the proximity to the road but to be fair the music kind of hides the traffic noise 🤷‍♂️

Great, friendly staff. Lots of choice for everyone's preferences. They have a light bites menu, perfect if you are staying out for a drink. They also have a gluten free menu and a vegetarian menu. All Very reasonably priced. However, if you want to go full hog, you can get a nice big juicy stake if you feel that's what you fancy. I will definitely be going back.

Might not be very appealing from outside but inside makes a difference. Good sized bar area, pool and darts room off to the side, large lounge area and a conservatory, then a beer garden and pleasant friendly staff, what more could you ask for, TVs, everywhere. I'm guessing the building is from late 60s early 70s that was the style then, ultra modern in its day.
