This restaurant ticks all the three important boxes. Food, service, ambience. Whenever we go , we always finish by saying 'why don,t. we come here more often? ' Food has always s been just right. No complaints. Quite rightly their prices are a smidgen up on similar local pub/ restaurants, but you get what you pay for, so no complaints on that at all. Ambience, friendly pub atmosphere. Service, here's the difference. Their serving staff are mature. Last Saturday night we had a delightful gentleman serve us. What a revaluation from some of the ' hire em young so you can hire em cheap' establishments. The one difference.....experience and training. How some restaurants think they can let a 16 year old loose in their restaurants to be the face of the restaurant I will never know. It is the biggest mistake they make. The white hart server was attentive, polite, respectful. First he brought us a jug of water without us asking. How different from those places, whose opening welcome is, "Drinks? " In those places, the look from some servers when you ask for tap water! It is as though they have been programmed to think, ' If they have our 'free tap water' they will, drink, less alcohol! You are made to feel a 'cheap scape, for not ordering mineral water! Not here. I wish I could remember his name, he is a credit to you. He could not have been more accommodating. We eat out regularly in Woking. New motto: Mediocre service no tip. Good service Double tip. Hats off to The white hart Staff. You have the best serving staff in the area.

We celebrated a special birthday in the Private Dining Room at the White Hart on Saturday. We are regulars at the pub/restaurant, and they never fail to impress. The service we received was impeccable and nothing was too much trouble in the run up to the event and on the night itself. Food was delicious and the wine flowed. Thank you every one, Noah, Becca and all the staff. We would highly recommend this restaurant.

A very good pub, great service from the team. And the food was great. I cannot recommend it high enough. I was hungry when we dripped in.foe.Sunday lunch and it definitely tasted great and I was replete! There were four in our party, my mother in law, wife and adult son and all of us could find what we desired on the menu and all.of us were very pleased with what was served. The waitress was great and the guys who brought the food were very pleasant and appropriately engaging. The fellow diners and drinkers were very much about their own business and ot was a food place to eat friendly and a super environment. I will return again. Have been back... And consistently great service nothing to add this is a super place

This place does the best Sunday roast! It's a lovely pub and the staff are very friendly and efficient. There is a car park, but due to its location it can get full. We had our young son with us and although we had a high chair, we couldn't fit his pram near our table. It was a busy Sunday and the pub is quite small, it wasn't a problem on this occasion, but could have been if he was younger....just information for any parents who have children in prams. Back to the food.....I would recommend the pork roast or beef- delicious! The selection of desserts is great too.

There are lots of great pubs to choose from in Chobham but White Hart is superb. The food, service and modern feel to a traditional pub offer a classy, premium but relaxed pub and dining experience.

Stopped for our lunch on our walking loop of the local heathland to find picturesque period pub and restaurant. Once through the entrance you are greeted with a small bar with several rooms laid out mostly for dining. Clean and spacious with doors open to a garden terrace. Five cask ales on offer ... What a great selection. The first sampled was good of a little cloudy. Wide range of food on the menu and all three meals were tasty well cooked and promptly delivered. Very friendly service. A little on the expensive side.

Fantastic pub and restaurant. We were traveling home and stopped on the off chance due to massive delays on the motorways and we're thrilled and delighted with the friendly service and delicious food. I had the crab and prawn linguini which was fantastic and my wife had a vegetarian Gnocchi which was really good aswell. The food for the little lad (2 years old) was very good as well, much better than the normal sausage beans and chips most places dish up. The pub/restaurant was very clean and tidy and beautifully decorated as well. Amazing place and definitely worth a visit if your in the area

Eaten here twice, very good Sunday roast today and a good selection of pub classics nicely made on the rest of the menu. Love the padron peppers and halloumi for starters, some interesting wines well priced.

Our meal for Mothers Day was really nice. Great atmosphere with nice music and decoration. The service from Ginnie was great and she knew the menu like the back of her hand and gave us great choices of food. There is a lot of variety for all courses on the menu and there is definitely a dish that everyone will find. The food was really tasty and we all really enjoyed our meals. We will be back soon!

Stopped for just desserts at 6:30 on a Wednesday, were seated quickly in the restaurant without a pre-booking. His Sticky toffee pudding was pleasant but not amazing, not loads of toffee-flavour in the sauce it was quite subtle but nice enough. My "Hot waffle with banana and toffee" was actually a "lukewarm waffle", but all the banana and toffee extras were sweet and tasty as I'd hoped for. Alcohol free options included 3 x AF gins, including a spicy one that I enjoyed. 👍 Has an on-site car park for patrons with lots of spaces but the entrance is narrow; if you're not confident or if you've a wide car so want to be careful, you might find it easier to turn right into it than turning left into it, as you've a better line of sight from the right-turn position. Toilets; ladies are upstairs, not sure if they have an accessible toilet elsewhere. Gents downstairs. Some artwork in the gents was not to my partners taste but he says the toilets were clean. Staff were pleasant, when I asked what was the best thing about Chobham our waiter said the White Hart, nicely played. The Women's Rugby team and plenty of outside space featured in our discussion. We stopped here instead of a Services between motorways and it was brilliant for that. Overall a pleasant experience at a fair price; it's not outstanding, but I would recommend it.
