Stopped for our lunch on our walking loop of the local heathland to find picturesque period pub and restaurant. Once through the entrance you are greeted with a small bar with several rooms laid out mostly for dining. Clean and spacious with doors open to a garden terrace. Five cask ales on offer .
Lovely pub, very cosy and welcoming. Our roast dinner was the best we have had out, we were absolutely delighted with it! Service was impeccable, very attentive and always with a smile. We are very much looking forward to return very soon!
