Staff members Isabel and Paul were incredibly friendly when serving me at the Chiswick High Rd location of Greggs. Not only that, the service they provided was excellent.

I popped in for a quick snack and was served by the wonderful man Paul he offered me a meal deal which included and Coffee with my steak bake which made me a very happy man leaving the shop .
I often eat at Greggs since the famous vegan sausage roll was introduced and it never disappoints in taste just often in temperature but it is knows that is the cost of having a very affordable lunch. Yes i wish it would be always hot but also the staff is always helpful to tell me when is not, and

I love going into Greggs on Chiswick High Road. There is such a great choice of food and refreshments to choose from and the shop is always so very clean and tidy.

This is by far my favourite Greggs. The people that work here make a real difference. Always tell you the deal they are doing, polite, cheerful and helpful. We do not really like chains in Chiswick but if we can only have one or two here, Greggs gets my vote.
Went in on Friday to grab some lunch. Was welcomed by a very happy chappy called Matthew. Very polite and patient with me. Keep it up :)
Really friendly staff and a lot of choice for the small shop size. It’s a Greggs so the quality is good value for the price! The extra star would be there if you didn’t consistently run out of bacon during breakfast - it’s been two years and it still happens frequently!
Love this Greggs. The food is always so good. Nice and spacious. No seating but that's almost a good thing. Always fully stocked. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Always leave with a smile on my face!

This Greg’s is great! Love their sausage rolls, pasty’s and Belgian buns! Staff are friendly and coffee is good - highly recommended. As an added bonus, prices are very reasonable
