Great experience here. The food was delicious and plentiful. Service was excellent with both owners friendly and helpful. I paid £52.60 for 4 x cod and chips plus 2 curry sauces and 2 mushy peas coming out at £13.15 per head. Very good value too.
There are about five tables with chairs inside if you want to eat in. There’s no toilet facilities available though.
The shop is fully accessible and the tables are suitable for wheelchair users.
Parking is on street outside but is fairly limited.
Definitely worth a visit.

Love this fish & chips restaurant in Chiswick West London. Had tried the fish & chips, chicken burger & doner, lamb doner and beef burger here on my 1st trip to London and they are awesome. Now is my 2nd trip in London and came back here again for the great food. Has large variety of selections and prices are very affordable. Restaurant is operated by a nice and friendly couple and is very near to the River Thames.
Had jaunt back to Chiswick today with a friend.
Didn't regret stopping off here for lunch.

I was impressed by the portion sizes (picture of small fish below) and even thought that the generous helping of mushy peas was for us to share....until the second pot came along!

Fantastic fish and chips. Also try the lamb donner and chicken shish, they're great. Everything is freshly cooked so tastes amazing. Chicken wings are delicious and too. Takeaway or eat in, both available. Well done to the staff and keep it up.
It's my local fish and chips, always fresh and hot food, I have never been disappointed with fish and chips there.
And there is something else which is very very rare - owners are always smiling and they are super nice. Lovely couple
On this occasion I opted for battered sausage. Probably the best I have had in a long time. They put the food in plastic trays would have preferred it wrapped in paper. You get a good portion of chips. Curry sauce is best around 😋
Sorry to say we had rock and chips with mushy peas twice last night and we had to throw the rock away. The batter was too well done that you could hardly cut it and the rock was brown inside and almost flat like plaice. Apologies to have to write this but the generous 4 stars are for the gorgeous chips! Delivered by Uber Eats and was piping hot still. Will try fish and chips again from here but go over to the shop myself to check my order.

Never had a better experience at a fish and chip shop! The Fishy Plaice is a great fish and chip shop they have a variety of meals all tasting absolutely amazing, the staff are ever so friendly they always have a smile on their face and are happy to serve. There is a large seating area for you and your friends or family and food is served straight to you with the perfect amount of everything. I have personally experienced this. I have been to The Fishy Plaice quite a few times now and I cannot get enough of if the burgers are always top quality and the cod is wonderful I bet you wouldn't find a better fish and chip shop in the whole of west London. I strongly recommend you go there and enjoy because it really is the greatest Fish and chip shop! Also I must add the hygiene levels are great the shop is extremely organised and very clean, the tables are spotless and the food is even better! Please do visit this fish and chip shop I highly recommend it, moreover the owners are soon to add traditional Indian food to the menu which is it something you find in every fish and chip shop. Please do go it's the best!!!

A hidden gem, great freshly cooked fish, amazing breaded chicken burger, perfect chips, all at old school prices. Worth the trek from the high street, this will be our new chippy in Chiswick.

Needed a quick bite and was very pleasantly surprised by a perfectly cooked and delicious and large haddock. Cash only but the shop next door does cashback. Very friendly service too.
