The shop smells a specific smell and I don't like it.
I left by mistake my umbrella when they were closing at six , I returned next day to get it back and it was stolen.

Excellent service from female staffs today. They are highly professional and well presented. I used to 50p offer throughout the 3 days and mostly impressive hot drinks that are actually hot and tasty. Not to mention the store is actually well kept, airy and made to look spacious. I took my nieces and nephew for a treat after school. Had some lovely hot chocolates and snacks. The staff were so friendly and helpful, particularly Gena. Will definitely come back with the kids :)

Came last sunday for a coffee. I can guarantee it will my favourite coffee shop. A Young man called Osama made a brilliant flatwhite at such a level I didnt have to add suger. He works there only on weekend i think if you are here just Osama for a coffee you will thank me later.
Iām quite a regular customer at Chiswick Costa. Gena and Beata are always pleasant and kind when making my hot drinks. Thank you!! :)
