We had a Sunday lunch and thoroughly enjoyed. The food was excellent, plenty of veg and well cooked. The girls on service were polite and attentive, and a lovely touch was the chef coming out to ask if we'd enjoyed. All in all, a great Sunday afternoon out. Thank you!
Very nice experience here. Came for a private party and would definitely come here again. Food was delicious. Ladies toilets well looked after, had pads available. This is something I wish every place did, it is such an thoughtful gesture and deeply appreciated. Will definitely be back!
What a wonderful little pub. I’m not from the area but found this place on google for my Grandmothers birthday meal, she is extremely fussy and ate every bit!

The food is delicious, by far the best fish and chips I've had in years! As for prices the meal deal you cannot beat on value.

A large group of us went for lunch. We preordered our meals but had to wait rather a long time for it to be served due to a small kitchen. The food was lovely when it did come and the service was very friendly.
Went with the family a few weeks ago and had a great Sunday roast. The head chef is clearly fantastic and we had no complaints at all. Sets the benchmark for other pubs in the area, decent portions, great sides, nice deserts and all very tasty.
