Came to the restaurant for a family birthday with 12 people. Had a fantastic visit. Food was great and service from Chris was exceptional. Nothing was too much bother to accommodate a wheelchair, highchair and dietary requirements. Highly recommend.
What a fantastic time we had! Large party of 23 and our lovely lady looked after us all working tirelessly to make it special. Thank you so much for all of your hard work, you were the perfect hostess!
Ettore, thank you for accommodating our party, with great communication and helping us plan a perfect celebration. Can't praise these two people highly enough. Amazing time..xx
Beautiful, cozy interior and seating at this branch of Zizzi in Chistlehurst.
The food was fresh and flavoursome and we didn't wait long for each course.
Warm, polite and friendly service from our waitress. Will definitely revisit when back in the area.
The calzone is really good with generous amount of filling and chilli :) The risotto tastes good but it feels like the risotto rice haven’t fully cooked. Then i realise we are in an Italian and not a Spanish restaurant. Staff was friendly and quick.
Went lunchtime, not a ot of customers but food and service very good. Only downside was that the music was quite loud, we asked if it was possible to turn it down a bit and was told 'no'.
We Had an absolutely nice dinner from start to finish here. Very kind staff.
The restaurant was busy but not crowded.
Iv been going to Zizis in Chislehurst for over 9 years. The food is lovely and the staff here are also so kind and friendly. This place is so family friendly and the staff are always so lovely to the children. Special shout out to Omar as he’s absolutely brilliant. We normally have him as our waiter when we go and he is really is super. Thanks zizi’s and Omar! Laura and family x
Nice Zizzi. Good food as the standard you can expect at any chain. Service wasn't anything special but fine. Quite a nice restaurant.
Just amazing food and outstanding service.
The server ( I think he is the manager), remembered from last time that I don't take cheese, and he ensured that it was taken care of, even though I had forgotten that the dish had cheese.

Friendly service, food was nice, venue was clean and had a good evening.
One of my favourite places to eat!
This is my second visit to the chistlehurst Zizzi, and I must say its probably one of the best.
On both occasions we visited on Fridays and although busy the staff were on point! Welcomed at the door within a minute or two and asked where we would prefer to sit.
The venue is contemporary and well lit , but that doesn't affect the mood or how cosy it is.
For a Friday night I expected a slight delay in our order taken and the food arriving but that wasnt true. Our waitress was over promptly to take our drinks order which arrived promptly (nice little touch of putting the lime in a separate container for us to add to our taste).
All of our three courses arrived at perfectly timed intervals and wasnt left waiting. The waitress cleared every course within a few minutes. We were certainly looked after.
The pasta was cooked perfectly, arrived fresh , hot and full of flavour.
The pizzas on the other tables looked just as good if I'm honest.
We ended up spending just over two hours inside mainly because we were talking etc and not once did we feel like we were out staying our welcome.
My first visit to Zizzi in a while, and I was pleasantly surprised by the range of dishes on the menu, and the large portions, which gave value for money. However, the vegetable side of carrots and spinach was odd, and the carrots were rather greasy. Service was excellent - friendly and prompt. Atmosphere was fine, but it was a quiet Wednesday afternoon.
Wonderful service. Great food. A very worthwhile visit.
