Called on Tuesday for a spot of lunch, expansive interesting menu, ordered the chicken, bacon and cheese pancake and was certainly not disappointed! Couldn't resist tyrying a banana milkshake after observing another customer being served thiers (not something I usually order), it was huge and delicious! Good value for money and great customer service from friendly professional staff. I will return! 😊

A regular mid walk watering hole for us . Scrummy Stilton , leek and bacon pancake yesterday - and your man had a pistachio, rose and lavender cake .

Been many times, always warm & friendly and the food is really good. I'm told they are having a new kitchen in January which will enable them to provide a wider menu. Good luck to them - a great Community Café

Wow, what a Cafe. I ordered Ham, eggs and fries and wasn't disappointed at all. The ham was off a joint and not out of a plastic box, and two nicely cooked eggs. My wife ordered Chicken, pesto and pasta and again was not disappointed. A good plate full and well worth the £8:50. The food is first class and all fresh, not your typical tourist cafe, far from it. I have eaten at plusher places and not had the quality of food that I have had here. Not saying the place isn't nice. In fact, the name cafe, doesn't give it enough credit. (May be worth changing the name, just an idea). They also do a good range of cakes and buns, or and freshly made sandwiches and quiche. Anyway, If you are around the area it is definitely worth calling in. PS. They also sell wine and beer ☺️ If you like my review please follow me and have a look at my others. See ya.

What an excellent cafe to visit either before or after you walk down to Chirk’s Aqueduct and Viaduct both less than 5 minutes away. Free parking outside plus friendly service makes this a must visit. Many of the items on the menu can also be purchased ie coffee beans, jams and pickles. Highly recommended 👍🏻

Incredible vegetarian Sunday lunch. The nut roast was one of the best I've ever had- stuffed full of nuts and seeds, the dauphinouise were sublime, the roasties perfectly cooked and there was loads of veg. 10/10 😘👌Also there's loads of outdoor seating & the staff were lovely. I'd highly recommend.

The food, service, staff and atmosphere are brilliant here. We went as a parry of 7 all food and drinks came out at the same time, they were all hot and great value for money. I would definitely recommend this cafe to everyone.

Excellent food, atmosphere and service. However the cafe doesn’t accept cash which limits some members of society who don’t have bank cards.

Lovely place especially when it's warm and you can take doggies to eat outside, would get 5 stars if dogs could go inside like most places. Nice cooked breakfast though we had to wait a while and by then had drank all of our tea as it was going cold fast waiting. Place was fairly busy given it was Good Fri but the staff were under pressure and it was only going to get busier and busier over the bank Holidays weekend so feel sorry for the staff. We go here alot and it's a lovely friendly atmosphere.

What a delight! Local, clean but well used cafe. Used by locals and tourists and you can see why. We will return later in the year.
