Used cafe. Everything spotlessly clean. Even the spout on the teapot didn't have then scummy brown on a lot of cafes teapots
We visited the cafe in this branch of Waitrose. I had a lovely cup of Americano (coffee), served with milk in a China jug and sugar of my choice. I like this store prefer it to our keynsham branch. More homewear to choose from and it had a great atmosphere. They have just reconfigured the self scan checkouts much more space now. A pleasure to shop!
Nice store, well laid out. Good variety but some items can be limited choice. Watch the sell by dates!! Till service often slow and there's a reluctance to open more tills.

Good place and good food. The only issue is that they seem to manage their tills so that there is always a queue. If the store is nearly empty there will be one till working... with a queue. If it a bit busier there will be two tills working... each with a long queue, etc. Needs a bit more focus in
