We visited Wild Thyme with friends for a birthday. Food and service were both excellent, my favourite included the cauliflower cheese soup presented in a tea cup and venison with truffled potatoes as a main. Would definitely go back 😊

I stayed here for one night on a return trip to Chippy. This place was a sweet shop in my youth, and now is a truly lovely restaurant with rooms. Probably the best restaurant in Chipping Norton, with prices to match. Food is interesting and delicious. Friendly owner has made a real success of this place. Gets booked up so ensure you book well in advance. Larger room at rear can accommodate groups.
We love to go to Wild Thyme for special occasion meals. It was our anniversary on this visit and, as usual, they did not disappoint. Some of the best food in the area! Thank you Nick and team for a totally delicious meal.

nice little restaurant for a quiet, but special, dinner in chippy. great food at a price, we paid £32 per head for two including starters, a bottle of wine and coffee. we thought it was worth it.

Lovely place, really great quality food with lots of options, good value for money, friendly and efficient staff who will offer suggestions when asked re. food, wine etc. A few nice touches by the staff to celebrate a birthday.
Fabulous food that is extremely well presented. The restaurant is small so I'd recommend booking in advance, but we were dealt with wonderfully from start to finish. Food is pricey, but worth the money as it was incredibly tasty. Will 100% be returning for another meal at some point.
