My husband and I stayed for 4 nights during our two week trip in England. Karen and Paul were amazing! They were so welcoming and we really enjoyed talking to them. Their B&B is such a beautiful historic property. Breakfast every morning was great, thank you Paul! Denzel the puppy was a great additi
We stayed at the Badgers Hall for a lovely weekend in Chipping Campden. The stay was absolutely fantastic, filled with character and lovely homely touches. Comfy beds, brilliant amenities and all the things you need at a B&B.
The hot breakfast was freshly made, local and delicious and those scones
Wonderful warm welcome. Absolutely everything was perfect. Spotless, warm, inviting, amazing nights sleep and the breakfast and cakes are just the best. Karen & Paul are the perfect hosts. A lovely email sent before arrival for recommendations for dinner locally. Would highly recommend and look forw
My partner Julie and I stayed at this wonderful place for a weekend in April 2022 and could not have chosen any better, for it is old school English at it's finest, everything from the ambience, decor, food and service. The host's, Paul & Karen, are friends as soon as you walk through the door. We w
We didn't stay, only popped in for a quick bite to eat. It was busy indoors, so sat in the garden. Staff where friendly and helpful. Nice drinks and food came out quickly and was piping hot. Cake was nice to. Garden is definitely dog friendly, not sure about inside but did see a Collie running back
Great for lunch. We ate in the garden, also fine inside. Friendly service, service depends on table pressure, but attentive. Food is varied, appealing, well-presented, generous, and delicious. Can't speak for cream teas, just yet, but I'd bet they're also of top quality.
Tried the scone and victoria sponge cake. Both were very nice. They serve nice tea too. Went in the early afternoon on a weekday so not crowded at all. Definitely worth a visit if around the area!
What an amazing & cosy place to go for an afternoon tea! Very personal service. I booked ahead due to Covid restrictions & it was so worth it. We had a lovely chat with the owner, who told us she had built the business for 24 years & 3 weeks (clearly counting, but this means it meant so much to them
We loved the atmosphere of this little cafe. It served good coffee but the service was a bit slow hence only 4 stars. The scones etc. looked delicious. We had not long eaten so only partook of a coffee.
A very nice place to spend some time on a slow Sunday afternoon. The scones were superb, the cakes were awesome and the service was very friendly. I loved the quiet and warmth of the place. I seriously recommend a visit, I will certainly return soon!
We went for lunch . Super place on high street - very quaint ambience. Nice selection for lunch. We had soup of the day ( mushroom) with a wonderful cheese scone and roasted veg open sandwich. Foid was excellent. Good service. Great covid precautions, clean toilets. Tgey fo cakes coffee, teas as w
Karen, Paul and Bertie (The dog) make a great team. Been calling in there Daily for the odd coffee, tea and bacon butty. Their cakes are amazing and the rooms are splendid. It's not the only coffee shop in chipping Campden, but it is the only coffee shop in Campden to visit, if you catch my drift.
Beautifully located in the most characteristic 15th century sandstone buildings. High room standard and charming "mind your head as you walk up the stairs" interior details. Breakfast and service was personal and delightful. Would return any time.
Lovely homely tea room. Stopped off for lunch we enjoyed a lovely sandwich, homemade cake and pot of tea. Very friendly and welcoming would definitely recommend.
Lovely tea room, fabulous food, good service. Only one small niggle, please don't automatically add on the service charge, give the customer the option to add this onto the bill
Good flat white and really excellent cake. Lovely ambience and friendly staff.
