We are here to enjoy a gift of afternoon tea from our grandsons family. The staff are very helpful and attentive. The food is to die for. Will have to diet tomorrow. Can't fault the whole atmosphere. Customer service is taken seriously here, unlike other chain cafes. The cakes are really good, decent coffee too. It is a must-stop in Chippenham if you need to treat yourself.

Delicious cakes however a little over priced! Customer service was satisfactory- The older members of staff were a little too 'try hard'
