Had the epic breakfast which was as its name suggests! Cooked really well, nice blend of herbs used to enhance the flavours.
The food was present with hardly any cooking oil on the fried pieces, that makes the meal even more enjoyable.

Both the ladies, Nicole and Paulina are so unbelievably sweet, funny and attentive. They make you feel Grounded is a second home.

My husband and I went for a pint and pizza tonight in Chippenham and both the pizza and service were excellent. (The ale was good, too). Paulina was an absolute sweetheart and we couldn't have asked for anyone more helpful and friendly! It was really nice to be able to take our dog with us as well.
We went there for lunch during rush hour. The food was great. But we waited for over 30 minutes. If you get cold easily, I would recommend sitting upstairs.
Paulina served me and she was delightful! Really welcoming person - perfect person to man front of house. :) she even made my cafe with a heart as the art.
Lovely place for a spot of food by the river. Food was delicious and served quickly. Handy children’s menu too.
Staff amazingly friendly, and very good with children. My 3 year old daughter can’t wait to come back.

A great coffee shop in Chippenham, right by the bridge with riverside seating. Great cakes, and licensed to serve alcohol too. Been a few times now and always friendly. Looking forward to the summer when the continental style windows will be open and it will be lovely to sit out beside the river.
Paulina served us today and she has before as well, she always offers an excellent service with her cheerful personality, and absolutely makes our day every time.

I often go to Grounded when I'm in Chippenham Town Centre.
I love their cups of teas, which are refreshing and tasty.
This visit I had a cheeseburger. The plate was packed, and the chips were great, I could have eaten a plate full. I even ate some of the lettuce with the sauce, again very tasty.
We arrived early to grab a coffee before our 9:20 coach. Though they don’t serve food before 9am Paulina was absolutely exceptional. She was so smiley, helpful and kind. She asked chef to see what he could do so early. About 10 mins later she arrived with two fabulous bacon sandwiches and avocado on
Very pleasant staff. The chips were delicious and very hot. I had a bacon cheese and cranberry panini, that was very nice but they use streaky bacon so it was 90% fat, I am not a lover of fat. Maybe if it was crispy it would have been more edible.
Dived in just a random pick from plenty of options in chippenham. So impressed, the staff were lovely very friendly and helpful.
The food was great and my chorizo hash with a fried egg ( plus extra bacon 🥓) was huge. Will cooked and freshly tasty. I like the fact that the food didn't appear
I came to Grounded today for lunch and a coffee. I don’t normally write a review but I wanted to say that Paulina is a real asset and I shall definitely be returning. She was really friendly, welcoming and the food was spot on. Recommended if you are in Chippenham.
Great food in a great location by the river. Our waitress Paulina was amazing and made me and my friend feel really comfortable and was always there when we needed her. She deserves all the stars I can give her

The first thing I'll say is that the customer service in Chippenham Grounded is fantastic. I've yet to meet any colleague who didn't come across as happy and friendly, which really contributes to a comfortable atmosphere.

Went for breakfast earlier this morning, excellent coffee and a great veggie breakfast! Service was good, Kani was friendly and engaging. We will be back again soon!
