We booked in for an afternoon tea today and it was absolutely delightful. It arrived on proper tiered cake stands and china crockery and looked a picture; such attention to detail. We had a selection of tastyy finger sandwiches on fluffy bread, an enormous scone with jam and clotted cream, and dainty cakes, including a profiterole and a slice of heavenly lemon cake! Refills of tea came for free, and very swiftly, and every effort was made to give us sufficient room for a wheelchair. Over all, a wonderful experience which will definitely be repeated!

Excellent food, first class service, staff very friendly and professional, with gluten free options available. My only gripe and it's very minor, because it's down to taste, the chips look fab, but they are so large and fluffy, I have trouble eating more than one or two of them without having to wash them down! ..... I know.... I'm weird!!

Our first visit today. Very impressed with the really comprehensive shop. Particularly reasonable prices for a farm shop. We sat down for afternoon tea & cake. Decent portions, fabulous customer service. We will be back really soon!

What a fabulous Birthday lunch , made especially memorable by a great (& a tad embarrassing) chorus of "Happy Birthday " from staff and customers . Thank you Emma & team yet again we really enjoyed our visit .

An amazing new experience. The food is just amazing , and quality, the team is very nice, and good smiles. Small Waite. But during your Waite you can go and have a look at the store. Highly recommend. :)

Stopped here for a bit to eat. Doesn't look much from the outside but it is one of the better farm shop cafes I've been too There is a waiting area - and when a table is free you are invited in. Choose your food/drinks from the menu and order and pay at the counter. The service was fast and friendly. It was busy when we arrived but a table was found quickly and the drinks were brought out within 5 minutes and the food within about 15 minutes. It's not cheap... But the quantity was amazing. I ordered a sourdough toastie but it included rice, salad and coleslaw. It was all very tasty. There's is also a selection of cakes and treats at the counter. A really nice cafe - we'll be back!

One of our favourite places for a lazy Sunday brunch. Really good food and gorgeous cakes. There's usually a line at the door but it moves quite fast, we've never had to wait more than a few minutes. After you get seated you order at the counter and they bring the food to your table. Don't forget to check the board for the day/week specials!

Great place. Very, very busy. Not sure if they take bookings but worth getting there a while before you want to eat as there can be a wait for a table. But it's worth it. Lovely inside. I had the quiche of the day and salad which was delicious. My wife had the Falafel burger which was also delicious. All the meals that were being brought out looked just as lovely. Will be back to try something else.

Really nice staff, food came quickly, tasty and generous portions. Side salad was a little basic but had a good dressing. I had the berry smoothie which was very good. Nice homeware nearby too

I had the tacos from the specials board. At first I thought that the price might be a bit too expensive but after tasting them they were 100% worth the money. The portion was huge and the flavours were perfect. I have been raving about these tacos ever since!

Ate beef curry (beef moist and very tender, curry tasty, naan bread fluffy, rice just right) and strawberry mousse cake (yum, delicious, with a buttery biscuit base). Nice cup of tea, and my partner had a caramel biscuit milkshake which matched any she's ever had before. Staff all very friendly, service quick. My only regret is that I didn't have more room for cake (had to buy chocolates from the shop next door to take home - also yummy).

Allington Farm Cafe is very nice and a great place either to get food or get a drink. I would definitely recommend the iced lemon cake, it is very good. You can get big cakes for occasions and vouchers for afternoon tea. The service is very good and the waiters are amazing. The atmosphere is very nice with nice alcoves, seats for two and a big conservatory like room. You can also dine outside. Next door there is a farm shop with vegetables, a butchers, sweets, ice cream, and other necessities. I would definitely recommend Allington farm!

Well run and lovely Cafe, the menu is comprehensive and includes childrens and vegetarian options. Cakes are a big draw for an afternoon cuppa and the breakfasts looked lovely. If I have a grumble it’s value for money. This is an expensive establishment. It is also very noisy, which if you like that sort of thing is fine, however a little noise deadening would work wonders

Staff, food and place are lovely. Well worth stopping off for a bit if you want to escape the motorway or are on the chippenham area. They have light bites as well as proper meals, good coffee and tea and lovely cake. The farm shop next door has loads to choose from and some great sweets and other goods. If you have children you can take them to see the sheep which are just next door for some amusement.

This place is a find, great food and wonderful service. The food ranges from a great breakfast or a lovely baguette to good special which would fit on a really good restaurants menu. You won't be disappointed.

It is a lovely place to have food. It's a tad pricey but very tasty and always busy, which should tell you something about the standard of food. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful.
