We had our 25th wedding anniversary celebration there last night 21st October. Food, staff, atmosphere was brilliant. We honestly couldn't fault anything. The Gladstone Arms is a hidden gem. Loved it so much we're going back again

We haven’t been for a while but I honestly think we should go every week! The food is amazing, the Thai Green curry is so good you have to try it! The atmosphere is so lovely it feels like extended family. Leighton is so attentive but the right amount. Thank you x
Had a table for 6 of us on a Saturday night and nothing was too much trouble. The food was worth waiting for - absolutely gorgeous - great presentation and marvellous taste. We will be back!
The food and service is great. Been visiting the Gladstone for 12 years. Never had a bad meal. Friendly staff, nothing is too much trouble.
Mid week lunch was excellent and reasonably priced. If anything portions were too large for us but can't complain about that. Service attentive without being intrusive. Pity more people were not enjoying the restaurant on the day.
Great Sunday roast and although there is no official kids menu, the chef provided a generously kids portion for us too! Staff were so helpful and welcoming. Would recommend!
One of the only places in town to grab a beer and tuck into some great food in town at the moment while covid is in full effect.
Spent 4 hours in their garden under cover with a variety of heaters, it creates quite the atmosphere.

It was as always an excellent meal. Portions are generous. Food is delicious. Staff are friendly and helpful. We have been to this gastro pub a number of times and cannot fault it.
Yes the Gladstone has to be the best place in Chippenham to get some amazing food . Very helpful and friendly staff and they play great music . You can expect anything from Bob Marley to Frank Zappa playing in the back ground . Very chilled place . It definitely deserves the 5 star pub grub label !!
Amazingly tasty and quality food. Good portions sizes. Friendly helpful staff and a wonderful country pub style setting. We highly recommend you give this pub a visit if you are in the area.
Havnt been to the gladdy for a while. Service and service was so awesome. Bumped into a friend on the way down and they recomebed the thia green curry and it didn't disappoint. Look forward to coming back
It's a shame they have dropped standards on the Sunday roast as this was one of my favourite places to go. The meat was two slices the potatoes 2 roast and the cauliflower cheese that used to come jn its own dish was just a spoonful on a plate. The veg were not cooked so too hard to cut. The chicken
As a couple, fancied a Friday evening meal. We had Fish & Chips and Herb Crusted Rump of Lamb, this time.
Both meals were cooked perfectly.
Our host this night was Leighton the Landlord. We couldn't have wished for better service 👌
