As my wife & I found ourselves 'children-free' last Christmas - we decided to treat ourselves to
Christmas Day lunch. We chose L'Artista at Chingford - and treat ourselves, we certainly did.
For the quality of food and service - the fixed price held up well enough especially the not over-energetic

This isn't your average Italian restaurant. I leaved in Milan for some years and i can tell a proper Italian menu when i see one and this definitely is. Their thin noodle with fresh crab start

Nice food but vegetable portions need to be bigger and should have broccoli as an option. Also, could have more of a beer selection than just Peroni
Food is really good, always tasty. Service of vegetables is a bugbear as they always seem to favour the first person served, even if a person orders extras.
