Came in today as I was staying nearby, and everything seemed to go a bit haywire, with a fire alarm and many stressed-looking staff! Absolutely great. Really friendly staff who go out of their way to make you welcome. Cosy atmosphere, comfy chairs and an equally good place to get a bit of quiet work done or catch up with friends.
A nice branch of Starbucks, although because it's inside The Village health club it has a slightly different vibe than usual. It's a little small and can therefore feel a bit frantic at times.

The baristas Aimee, Winnie, Heather and Jo were all incredibly friendly and attentive. They made sure my order was perfect and even recommended some delicious drinks.

Good service ,nicely made drink and free jam with my crossiant where normally you have to pay for it in some stores/other chains , but doesn't accept the Starbucks app for payment :(
Winnie is amazing and the reason we are regulars. We've been coming after swimming every Friday for 3 years now and there hadn't been a single day she's not super friendly and cheerful.
Nice, cosy place to visit, but it's the staff that really make the place sparkle; in particular Jo, Gemma & Winnie, who always go above & beyond. They never fail to make the perfect drink, whether it's a flavoured latte, cappuccino, mocha or even just a small black americano :P

Starbucks with the Village Hotel. Choice of good in line with usual Starbucks, which is limited. Coffee was great though. Really lovely staff.

Very good spot to relax in and drink a cup of coffee, amazing staff work in this Starbucks branch and they make a very good pike place(filtered) coffee.
I go here once to twice a week, I love it I always have a lovely warm welcome, I have a annoying drink to which is never too much for them to make including my vegan cream , it always taste great and love catching up with them, honestly I look forward to my coffee every weekend and to have the lovel
