Phoned up and booked a table after being let down elsewhere. They squeezed us in and I’m glad they did, food was lovely. Will be coming back 10/10
Have been quite a few times now with friends and family, tried lots of different meals and not been disappointed once. Last night was steak, ale and mushroom pie. Delicious food and very welcoming staff. Will keep going back

Four of us met for a mid-week lunch. There was plenty of choice. Every meal was delicious and hot. The staff were friendly and gave a great service. I would definitely recommend if you are looking for good pub grub in a lovely and clean environment.
We popped into today for an impromptu lunch. The menu had a great selection of baguettes classic lunches, vegetarian and lots of gluten free. Our food was lovely. Will definitely be going back x
Good selection of drinks, food was a little pricey but good for the remoteness of the place and tasty all the same - nice atmosphere with an open fire!
Amazing Sunday lunch, great choice of meats, very good service, friendly and welcoming, highly recommend, will be back when I'm next in the area visiting friends.
Had a great night out. Four equally excellent meals (and desserts). Very friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely be returning and we all would highly recommend a visit.
Lovely pub! We are here twice, one Sunday roast, the other a week night. Both times the service was perfect, nothing was too much trouble. All done with a smile too. The food was stunning!! The sausage and mash I had was just unreal! Shame we aren't closer but really stunning little place. Thank you ☺️
Nice, airy pub restaurant with plenty of food choices, no matter what your dietary preferences. Food was tasty and well-presented, staff were friendly and efficient and prices were reasonable. Recommended
