Use this place regularly when playing golf @ Hainault. Good range of breakfasts and other 'pub grub' type dishes. Portions are generally huge and prices very reasonable. Seems to be popular with golfers all day long and with cabbies/police for breakfast.
It's ok nothing special. The staff are efficient but don't come across friendly. They are There to do a job and that's what they do . No customer interaction if you know what I mean.

Best scrambled eggs with cheese on toast in all of Redbridge.....I know because I've tried all the rest!!!
Great food and great service! I highly recommend the cheese and ham omelette with home made chips it was really tasty and a good portion size. The staff are friendly and profesional and make you feel very welcome. I will definitely be back soon
