Had a wonderful family celebration at the two brewers in December it was my parents 50th wedding anniversary �Mr & Mrs Berry. They hired the private room with a round table . It was such a pretty Christmasy room with a lovely tree . We had our own little disco with some music we brought with us , as we wanted to play songs that were dear to my parents �The food was really lovely and the staff were very accommodating and attentive. Definitely a night to remember. I would highly recommend this picturesque pub.

Had a lovely Sunday lunch , braised shoulder of lamb was melt in the mouth and really tasty.
The staff were friendly and service was quick but not rushed. Good access for disabled customers my mum is in a wheelchair and we had no problems. The lemon tart with rasberry sorbet finished off the meal perfectly.

We had Sunday lunch here again yesterday. Love it, the beef melts in your mouth. The staff are friendly & helpful. We had a nice table and our well behaved dog is always welcome. We'll soon be going back again.
I popped in to The Two Brewers on Saturday to check out the new look. Wow ! It looks so different. The whole place seems more spacious yet still remains cosy. The decor is very fresh and botanical. Service was exceptional as usual. We got to taste some of the new tapas style bar nibbles which were fantastic. Great job guys �

Great selection of gins, (and other drinks) Luther is the gin master!!! And fantastic food. Been for a few drinks on a Friday night after work, they brought out 'a few nibbles' WOW!!!! A selection of scotch eggs, ribs and onion rings... tasted amazing and the presentation was top notch !!!!! Great atmosphere and friendly staff!!!

The little details let them down. Good place for a family meal, menu possibly too varied to excell at everything. Service very friendly but extremely poor. Nearly 20 minutes to bring a bottle of wine to the table. What got my goat though was that when I ordered duck pate and toast, not only did the bread arrive untoasted, but when I pointed this out, what returned had clearly only been shown a grill from the other side of the room. Even the waitress looked emabrarassed to bring it back to me, and I think a bit of an insult. Having said that, pate and chutney were very good, and the rest of the food was of a decent standard and served by warm, welcoming staff.

Good place very friendly staff food is amazing I have tried their onion soup that taste yumyy and Sunday roast is yummy price are within reason and staff very accommodating. I love the look and feel of the place and fact that there is a parking makes it easy :) one thing though a bit more gravy with the roast would have been nice as it felt a bit dry but once requested they brought us some more gravy. I only know the place because I used to go to their other restaurant in Surrey called bluebeckers they used to be part of the same chain but they aren't anymore. The staff is really willing to go extra mile for you and always with a smile one of my fav place in chigwell
Absolutely delighted with our visit to The Two Brewers on our wedding day. The warm and inviting atmosphere set the perfect tone for our celebration with friends and family. The staff attending to our table went above and beyond with her friendliness and accommodating nature, making us feel truly special. While the overall food experience was pleasant, it's the starters that stole the show – they were simply irresistible and left us craving for more. OMG. We just came across this pub whilst walking lour dog and I just can’t believe I have never heard of it! It is hands down the BEST roast I have ever had! One of the best meals we have ever had! My little girl loved it and ate every bit! And the pub is super dog friendly and even our dog Toast got a meal from the menu (special dog menu) Jessica was outstanding, as were all her ladies! Especially the lovely lady from Islington. We will 1 million percent be going back weekly! Love love LOVE! Thank you so so SO much!
Excellent friendly village pub which never disappoints. Food is excellent and the portions, especially the fish and chips, are enormous. Classy decor throughout especially in the restaurant area but the bar areas are great especially if you have dogs. Service and staff are always super friendly. Also just a short walk from the forest this makes an ideal stop for refreshments. Highly recommend.

Went for a Sunday roast on father's Day with my wife and kids. This place had been on my list for a while to visit as its a little further out from us. The decor is really good quality and attention to detail was great. The service was also very good, although a bit too fast for my liking as I hadn't had half my beer before our roast had arrived!
The food was delicious, everything was cooked perfectly, my only gripe would be the portions were quite small. The beef was 2 thin slices, a couple of 1/2 potatoes and a few of broccoli stems with some leafy greens. For the price of a Sunday roast at £25 it was a little light for me. Luckily we had a few sides to accompany the roast. In comparison the chicken was a decent size but the same issue with the trimmings.
I was glad they also had children's plates too but similarly my son only had one small slice of beef.
I'll definitely come back and try some of the other main meal options as for me the quality and standards were very high and it would be hard to skimp on a Burger and fries!
A perfect mid week lunch in a busy, but relaxed atmosphere. Everything about the visit was good.

What a lovely warm welcoming local village pub, the staff are very friendly and welcoming, plenty of different beers and ale to choose from the food was amazing, they are a pet friendly pub too, we had our dog inside with us and everyone that walked past acknowledge him like he was a person lovely atmosphere, they even have doggy treats on the bar so you can grab a pint yourself and a treat for you pooch, dog bowls for water just outside the main door, what a quaint lovely place.

Good food and drink, friendly staff. Well appointed pub and dining room with spacious outside seating. The service did become rather erratic as the afternoon progressed, however the manager explained the issue and resolved it. Very professional approach which means a return visit will be something to look forward to.
The added bonus was the Marzipan Ice-cream!
Lovely meal in great setting. So nice to have proper linen napkins!! Its unusual these days. Also appreciated the fresh flowers on every table. The staff were exceptional in their service.
We had my mother’s wake held here, every single member of staff were so kind and welcoming. The food was fresh and delicious. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Spent yesterday here for Sunday lunch. The staff here were superb, very friendly, helpful and catered to our needs.
Being gluten free sometimes when dining out the choice on offer is very limited, but not here, the dedicated allergens menu gave me a list of things that were safe to have. I went for the battered cod and chips which I’ve been unable to have for years. It really was nice. The roast dinners my family had were also enjoyed. So would recommend this pub for sure.
I have to say, what a fabulous pub! We needed a gluten free meal option and this place has it all. The food quality was excellent. The service couldn't have been better. We absolutely love it here and hope to return soon. Thank you Chloe 😊

Popped in for a drink this evening. The young man serving us made a wonderful hot chocolate! I have eaten here before, and the food was excellent then.
