There was a good atmosphere and the staff were friendly and welcoming. I had buffalo wings for a starter and they were really tasty. Stayed in room 9 which was lovely, clean and cosy. The bathroom has a double sink in situ with a very good shower/ bath and is spacious as is the bedroom area. Lovely pub with very welcoming and knowledgeable staff. We sat inside although the garden is a lovely spot, and the food matches the setting and the service. If you're in the area, it's definitely worth a visit.
