My first visit to this new eatery, with good food, but very slow service. We ordered from the Christmas menu and when the food was finally ready, it was both hot and tasty. However… the service was very slow. We received very polite service, but an hour after arriving, we sat patiently, still waiting for our main course. They kindly offered a free dessert as an apology, resulting in two portions of Tiramisu in a take away box. The place was not full, but I guess as they have only recently opened, they are still not familiar with the level of passing business in Chichester. I would go back for the food, but only when the service level improves. (Visit was the week prior to Christmas).
Service was outstanding. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. I was served by Kitty and Tom who both were a credit to Franco Manca. Food was delicious and incredibly fresh.

The pizza is very fresh and arrived very quickly and you can't fault the service, staff were friendly and happy to amend a item on a pizza to make it what I wanted!
Restaurant is spacious and love how the big window give lots of light with view of the cathedral. :)

Really nice food, quick service and right in the town centre so plenty to do before and after.
Might not recommend it for a catch up with friends - it was pretty loud in there, and the staff did seem to although be wanting to give you a good experience, to also be wanting a quick turnaround on tables - can't blame them!
I came here on opening night which was busy as one expects. I was immediately impressed by how friendly and helpful the staff were, and amazed by their organisation skills as they had a proper system in place to deal with the large influx of visitors.
Service was then quick and the food was absolutely delicious. Will definitely come back in the future !
Central location, right by the cross and the cathedral. Downstairs room perfect for our party of 27. It could probably take 40.
Lovely sourdough pizzas and sensible desserts. We pre-ordered and were in and out promptly. Really helpful manager and staff.
We ordered the pizza from Franco Manca to be delivered few month back via Justeat and wow we are so impressed. Brilliant quality always delivered prompty. Well done guys.

Only been a few times for lunch, but really impressed with the service and the amazing sourdour pizza. Really different toppings and a lovely light base, meaning I can eat the whole thing! Staff are pleasant and welcoming, greeting you at the door and letting you know they won't keep you waiting long, not leaving you hanging and wondering if you've even been seen (as most places do these days). Would definitely recommend and return. Keep up the good work Franco Mancas.
Second time frequenting this restaurant and it never lets me down. Great pizzas and as always entertainment provided by the staff. Full of friendly smiles and great atmosphere. Thank you to the chefs who personally checked on us (Anthony) to make sure the food was okay and as always it was great. Thank you Franco Manca team!
Lovely pizza, nice, helpful staff. We have had both dine-in and takeaway from Franco Manca and both have been really good. The only fault is that wine is served in tumblers and not proper wine glasses.
All good. Manager Chris recognised us from previous visits, and as usual made us feel comfortable and all the staff were very friendly. Food came quickly, was hot and up to usual high standards (thank you chef). Located at The Cross a great place to dine out at a reasonable price. Do visit.
Excellent pizzas from this chain and good value. Service was prompt and super polite as if nothing was too much trouble. The location is great with lots of light.
Amazing pizza tonight. Went with my children and by far the best entertainment we’ve had at a restaurant. Who would have believed that pizza can come in all shapes?! The mastermind chef Antonio made my kids a fish shaped pizza and they loved it! Perfect way to make them sit through a meal. Many thanks to the entire team tonight. Fab work.
Lovely buzzing ace with lots of families. Happy to let us share pizzas and gave us great service at ex ellent price (total I cuding drinks worked out at £12 per head.
