Service was outstanding. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. I was served by Kitty and Tom who both were a credit to Franco Manca. Food was delicious and incredibly fresh.

The pizza is very fresh and arrived very quickly and you can't fault the service, staff were friendly and happy to amend a item on a pizza to make it what I wanted!

I came here on opening night which was busy as one expects. I was immediately impressed by how friendly and helpful the staff were, and amazed by their organisation skills as they had a proper system in place to deal with the large influx of visitors.

Lovely pizza, nice, helpful staff. We have had both dine-in and takeaway from Franco Manca and both have been really good. The only fault is that wine is served in tumblers and not proper wine glasses.
All good. Manager Chris recognised us from previous visits, and as usual made us feel comfortable and all the staff were very friendly. Food came quickly, was hot and up to usual high standards (thank you chef). Located at The Cross a great place to dine out at a reasonable price. Do visit.
