The shop itself is very bright and airy. The range of products is always great as it's both affordable and you can generally find what you want.
The cafe is its own animal. I've only been twice and both times have been highly entertaining. The coffee isn't anything to write home about and the chai latte will make you laugh with despair but don't get me wrong. It is fun.
Absolutely love this place, such great choices on most things. Quality items and good prices too especially when they have offers on. Cafe is very good, prices good and excellent variety. Staff deliver excellent customer service here.

Went here to buy curtain poles and hold backs, got exactly what I wanted, and will go back to get some other bits I saw. Good value for money.
We had previously brought curtains from Dunelm and required a further matching product, which we found difficult to obtain on line, a store visit was resolved by Maurice who offered practical advice with professionalism and solved the problem, this was first class service.
Good stock levels reasonable prices and very cheery staff. Cafe is ok but not great if you like good coffee.

Well positioned on the outskirts of Chichester good size store with a lot of choices. Had a coffee in the cafe, got squirty cream on the apple pie blinding.

I took my elderly parents today and they really enjoyed the visit. We had a very nice lunch in the Pausa cafe, excellent value. My Dad was delighted by the extremely clean handicapped toilets. Very kind staff who couldn't do enough for us.
Great place to get anything for the home. Went in to get lace curtains and expandable curtain rail, staff were on hand to help me find what I needed. All reasonably priced.
My friend and l visited this store yesterday. I have never been in such a friendly helpful store. The lady on the curtains depart had wonderful ,knowledge, patience and helped my with my friend with her curtains to a very very high standard.( Sorry l can’t remember her name She then bought 2 garden loungers and the lady on the checkout arranged for Richard to come and help her load them into the car. What a wonderful team they are
