Dark dingy unwelcoming Food run of the mill unexciting mostly prepacked rolls sandwiches Panini much better one in Chichester, light, welcoming friendly staff. I won't use Horsham Real Eating Co because of the atmosphere there! My recommendation is GET SOME LIGHTS ON and be more friendly to customers. Alternatively CLOSE...

Hmm well the scrambled egg was amazing and all day breakfast was tasty fresh and enjoyed most of it bar the toast, you could brake into a bank with it, Service where polite and nice was given a serving spoon 🥄 with number, unfortunately staff took it before I could say anything when delivering my coffee before meal, didn't even get a chance to say goodbye, saying that food still found me hot so no real issue, Has a small family feel to it and a certain charm, was a pleasant stay and experience.

Friendly service, good coffee and excellent sausage butty. Full English breakfast looked good on the adjacent table too.

Nice friendly cafe, part of a small independent chain of businesses. Great service, nice cheese and ham croissant and a place with a great welcoming atmosphere!

Went here today as writing a book and wanted to connect to wifi, had a mocha and a hot chocolate then egg sandwich for lunch all of which were fine, good atmosphere, some lovely dogs came in which was good too. My only complaint would be that they don't take cash....other than that very good.

Outdoor and indoor tables (when dry). Good staff and a normal coffee shop offering.

Dropped in whilst waiting for an appointment after work. The place was clean and well presented. The products were all fresh. Chose a chicken and avocado sandwich individually packed and a sparkling lemon drink. Not the cheapest so would not necessarily recommend if you have lots of hungry children. It was peaceful, so was able to continue working too. Nice pleasant staff.

100% WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE a perfect place for friends to catch up over a cup of tea and yummy cake. Happy environment, price was good, felt safe and not over crowded late afternoon, Saturday. The service surpassed other coffee shops by far see bellow for detail !! You have raised the bar for wonderful service the only place that will warm a cookie for you, so the chocolate melts.

One of two branches in Chichester city centre. Bright, fresh with welcoming staff. Good range of reasonably priced coffees to enjoy indoors or outdoors in the precinct. I had a freshly prepared Moccha and a generous portion of apple/ blackcurrant flapjack. Will definitely be back and happy to recommend to all.

I tried to find a reason to give it 4 but no , a problem there was not. In fact it gets a 10 from my wife as she's allegic to anything that's got a vowel in it and they still managed to serve us the most delicious " fun free" food.
