We have stayed many times however this time we had dinner at the hotel. Food was lovely however the lobster extremely small for the price and only comes with a side salad. Husband enjoyed his steak. Drink choice has changed since we last visited which is great as much more choice on cocktails now! S
Booked to have afternoon tea in the restaurant and the whole experience was amazing. We were met by a lovely lady with a beautiful smile, unfortunately I didn't get her name, and promptly shown to our table. My new favourite place in Chichester! Can’t believe I never knew how wonderful it is for a meal! Gluten free fish and chips with a glass of Prosecco on a Friday evening for just £15?! I’ll be visiting frequently! The cheese soufflé is also gluten free and delicious!
We were in Chichester and decided to visit the Harbour Hotel (formerly called The Ship Hotel) for coffee and bar food early evening on Sunday. The bar area is nicely decorated and very comfortable. Went for dinner to celebrate a birthday. Restaurant has high ceilings, is light and airy, not crowded with tables so you have space and can hear yourselves talk. The food at lunch on Sunday was extremely good. It was a pity that the waiting staff were not properly trained. Such as asking the oldest person in the party for her choice first. This is a first class hotel,i would recommend it to anyone. Limited parking but thats because its city centre.
