The Nags Head - Chichester - Photo album

Traditional pub, cosy bar with great atmosphere and a very good choice of beers. Spacious lounge with large screen to watch live sport. Good menu with excellent carvery esp. Sunday roasts. Nicely refurbished beer garden. Friendly staff. I would recommend.
Good traditional pub with a nice looking food option (didn't try). Beer prices very steep compared to others locally - 2 pints cost well over £12. Won't be back, but only because of the beer prices and there are other equally attractive options nearby.
WOW! The Crispy Chilli Beef was amazing. You have to try it. It’s huge as a starter so I’ve no idea how big the main is. It’s a family favourite and beats any Chinese I’ve ever been to. Service was great and other meals were delicious but I looked in envy at my sons choice.
The Sunday roast is amazing, definitely the best I've had. The beef is delicious, and the gentleman at the Carvery was very friendly. Highly recommend The Nags Head.
We stayed at The Nags Head for one night and had a full English breakfast in the morning. PROS: friendly staff, quaint old building, traditional Inn experience with rooms above restaurant, great location, good food CONS: had to pay for parking, room had a very strong unpleasant odors, spoons and g
We spent one night here having spent two nights in a four star hotel and it would not be fair for me to compare the two. This was a stop off on the way back from a weekend away and was booked at the last minute. We paid 3* money and got exactly what we paid for. We did have a smallish room which was
Great service, very polite, professional and helpful staff. The food was delicious, we had a lovely family Sunday roast here, sitting outside enjoying in the sun, woth our dog too. Thank you to The Nags Head.
I had previously visited this pub a few weeks before and enjoyed a nice lunch but after returning this Sunday for their carvery I just had to write this review. To keep things short & sweet, it was by far the best Sunday roast we've ever had. The welcome, the barmaid, the restaurant staff & food was
