This place is outstanding. It doesn't matter what you order, it arrives full of flavour and authenticity. The menu seems carefully chosen and they don't skimp on the ingredients. This is the only restaurant we go to where we can gamble with the menu, because it's always impeccable, no matter what. Well worth a trip! The staff are helpful, and the manager is always willing to make suggestions if you aren't sure what you want!
Outstanding food perfectly cooked with really nice tastes. Exemplary service - professional but also friendly. Nice ambiance. Expensive compared to what I normally pay, but worth every penny.

I love Indian food and with travelling a lot for work I try to visit an Indian restaurant whenever I can. For the most part there food. Masala city however was fantastic!
From the atmosphere and greeting when walking in to the food and service it was impeccable. You can tell it is managed well with customer service coming first.
I even witnessed the manager commend his staff member when taking an order by memory perfectly. The waiter smiled from ear to ear! Good management!
Then the food. Well the presentation was fantastic and the flavour brilliant. I have never had so much lamb in my dish.
All I can say is try it and you won’t be dissatisfied.
There is a pay and display car park at the rear but free from 8pm
The best Indian restaurant in Chichester with National Awards. Authentic kitchen produces a very high standard of cuisine. Friendly knowledgeable staff. Great atmosphere, recently refurbished to a high standard. Masala City is a great destination for celebrating a special occasion. Takeaway service also very good. Highly recommended.
We came for a long weekend with some friends and found this lovely restaurant in Chichester. The service was great and food was lovely. It is pricey though

We went to Masala City in Chichester with my family who visited from Hungary. And what a fantastic evening we had! Superb restaurant with amazing dishes, excellent staff members and a warm atmosphere. Everyone was very welcoming and friendly. Jess was knowledgeable about the menu and went above and beyond to provide brilliant service and recommendations.

We went on Wednesday evening for the 5 course banquet meal and oh my goodness it was amazing 👏. Friendly service, wonderful food (far more than we could eat so they supplied us with take out boxes) and great atmosphere. Will definitely be back. 10/10 highly recommend 👌
First time visiting, we come out to butlins for a week and usually use another restaurant in bognor regis, however this time round we decided to give Masala city a try and we must say the food and service was great, friendly staff and great atmosphere, would advise to pre book as we got lucky to get a table on a Wednesday, restaurant decor looks very modern and food had a lot of flavour to it. Highly recommended, definitely will be returning when we visit the area again.
The service is second to none. All staff were absolutely brilliant and knew their menu really well. My friend wasn't sure about any of the dishes and the girl took her time to go through them and explain the ingredients and heat level. Food was delicious! It was my birthday and the staff bought out a cake and sung to me. What a lovely touch! Will be back. If you want a good Indian, go here!

We ordered from the Sunday Set Menu and we were spoilt for choice. There was such an abundance of food we had to take some of the food home 😅.

Had a brilliant evening Tues. Asked for a quiet table for 2 which we were given, service superb, lovely people, food presention excellent ,each dish came with its own flavours. Couldn't fault it had a lovely time and will be back when in the area
Quite simply the best Indian restaurant on the south coast. The most magnificent food and flavours combined with great service make this a must visit location.
All of your usual favourites on the menu but also 10 or 15 things which were new to me on our first visit which I am slowly ticking off with each return visit.

Wow wow wow what an amazing Indian restaurant! The restaurant is beautifully decorated with warm friendly waiters, lovely manger and amazing chefs. The food was 10* no doubt but 5 is all I can give it on Google maps. Every part of my food, rice, naan, mains was perfectly cooked and full of flavour and it's easy to see why they won the best curry restaurant for 2021! Shame I could stop briefly between jobs but what a brilliant find. Needless to say when I'm next in the area I'll definitely be visiting again... 😋👌🏻
5 stars experience with friendly staff who knows what they are doing and service was brilliant. Food was of high quality with great presentation. Highly recommend this place. Prices are on bit high side, but still will come back.
We visited tonight (a Friday night). It was very busy which is always a good sign to us! The staff were very polite and couldn’t do more for us. The food was beautiful and the restaurant itself was very clean, well laid out and a lot of attention to detail. Would highly recommend.
10/10. We went here with some friends this evening for the first time and will definitely be back! The quality and taste of the food was exceptional as was the presentation. The staff were extremely friendly and happy to tweak dishes for us. We hadn’t realised about the Wednesday night offer which was a pleasant surprise and very good value.
4 of us went here on a Saturday night and had the best time. The food was delicious and the service was incredibly good. Anthony took care of us and knows the dishes so well.
I will definitely be going again, possibly the best curry house in Chichester.

BEST INDIAN RESTAURANT IN THE AREA.
If you are a local like myself, I can guarantee that you'll be impressed with this place.
Personally, I have not been a fan of the local Indian restaurants in the area, especially with what seems like a mass Chef change in the area.
Masala City, at the time of writing is a relatively new resturant and we thought, why not give it a try.
I am actually Indian myself (yes I understand that is easy to type) but I loved the food here and is closer to the type of food that my Grandmother cooks. Packed with Flavour, varying ranges of "spiciness" levels and a really nice delivery driver.
You may be wondering why I gave the Atmosphere a 4 star rating if I got a delivery. It started at 3 stars because it wasn't fair for me to judge. However, when I called to place the order, the restursnt seemed busy and both the Driver and the Server were both friendly and very kind.
The food is what really speaks for itself though, it is a little more expensive than the local area but I promise it was worth the rough 15% increase.
I recommend the Chicken Tikka Cheese Naan. It was like an Indian Gyros and tasted amazing.
I will be strictly only ordering from Masala City in the future when I want some Indian Takeaway.
