Been here quite a few times never a bad meal. Went for lunch with my daughter yesterday and it was lovely. Food great and the waiter we had was absolutely brilliant. Lemon meringue pie, the best i have ever had � i will definately be back. The staff also helped us get a parking space as the rail company have been very greedy by not giving many car park spaces. Cheeky people using theirs rather than paying even waitrose workers parking there.
Went there for my son's birthday wonderful place food excellent staff excellent couldn't do enough for us our waitress poppy was brilliant would highly recommend Smith and western loved it

Been here a few times now and always a good experience. Food is lovely, setting is fantastic (especially if you have kids) and the staff are always friendly and very helpful. Visited yesterday for our Sons 6th Birthday and the staff were fantastic. Every one of them we saw/dealt with wished him a Happy Birthday and he was extra happy when he received a cowboy hat and set of pistols! His meal was then topped off by the big Birthday Yee-Ha. Would recommend here to anyone.
Smith & Western has always been a favourite of ours & we go at any opportunity. Always had good service & never had a bad meal. Last few times we’ve had Poppy as our waitress & she is lovely & very attentive & prompt at refilling empty drinks, nothing is too much trouble. Will definitely be back!
Great! back again, been coming to this Smith and Western for years love it, been to 2-3 others but love the atmosphere here at Chichester we had a lovely meal good food, good service, love it.
Have traveled 38 states of America over 20years...Smith and Western is the most authentic Western bar/restaurant I've been to. Burger was best husband has ever had. My prawns and vegan slaw was amazing. Great portions too. 11/10 guys
As soon as you arrive you're greeted by friendly staff who are in character as cow boys and girls.
Quick to seat you but a bit of a wait for our drinks, the food came out faster than the drinks which we had to ask where they were.
The food was nice tho the steaks were a tiny bit over cooked than we asked for, there's plenty of it so you won't starve.
The sundaes are soo good.
Overall it was a very enjoyable experience and I will go back at some point
Superb decor, very thoughtfully done. Excellent food. The staff is very charming. Loved and enjoyed the place thoroughly. Great place to dine. The portion size is a bit too large, also the place is a bit expensive.
Fun place to go for dinner, large portion sizes, a free cocktail offered on a Monday, very friendly staff and nice vibe. Lots of birthday singing and cow bell ringing so if you don't like a bit of loud it might not be for you but it's all good fun and the decor is awesome. Windows are all stained glass so you can't see in or out but it lets in a nice warm light
First time at a Smith and Western. Resturant very well themed. Server's were friendly. Capacity at around 30% full, so service was fairly fast. This is a treat restaurant in terms of spendature but would make a brilliant celebration location.
Highly recommended fajitas, plenty of food to share or fill up alone. From watching other meals being served around us, there was definitely some items to pick over others in terms of looks.
Car parking is slightly confusing. Just make sure you park in S&W designated spaces.
Will be returning.

Nothing was too much trouble for the staff, very aware of food allergies and knowledgeable on the menu. Kitchen was so accommodating.

Absolutely love the decor and atmosphere! Everyone was really friendly and service was great. We actually got sat near the kitchen area but we are people watchers so actually quite enjoyed watching it all unfold!
My burger was absolutely amazing and my partners steak was cooked perfectly! Would 100% come again!
The food was great, just took an hour to have it placed in front of us. Staff were lovely
Food was really good and good size portions. It was busy and service wasn't the fastest. But at least we're weren't rushed, and it's always a balancing act with that sort of thing.
Loved it, very tasty food and good service. Theming is also good. Will definitely return when next in the area :)
