Such a great spot. Outstanding service and a team that were very welcoming. Excellent food, reasonably priced and a cool location. Pleasantly surprised that the acoustics were so good too. ππππ₯
My first ever visit to Bills. I will definitely return.
The staff were welcoming and seated us straight away.
We were handed the menu. Everything sounded delicious.
My partner had THE BIG CHEESE' ULTIMATE BRUNCH STACK, and I had the BRUNCH SHAWARMA.
A latte and a cappuccino.
Coffee was perfect, and I'm quite fussy!
This was one of the best breakfasts I have ever had. Fresh, tasty, and filling. It was completely different from anything I have had as a breakfast dish. I really, really enjoyed it.
My partner said his was very filling and delicious.
Service was great, attentive but not over bearing.
The bill was very less than we thought also.

Had brunch here after some time and decided to try something new. I had the buttermilk fried chicken on top of pancakes, drizzled with maple and chili syrup with extra bacon and 2 over easy eggs.
Let us break it down.
Thr pancakes were seasoned well. Bouncy and it had a little bite to it. Not that fluffy but does not easily get soggy too. There were 3 pieces stacked -- good portion size.
Bacon were american streaky ones. I think they gave me 2 mini strips -- salty and it added the perfect contrast to the maple syrup.
Over easy eggs -- lovely runny yolks topped with chives ( i sprinkled a tad bit of salt on it)
Maple and chili syrup --- maple flavor, spot on. Chili? No heat at all. I saw some chili flakes but my tongue couldnt detect it.
Buttermilk fried chicken -- some parts were crispy - a little dry for the chicken breast but i could taste the seasoning of its breading.
My drink: matcha coconut latte.
No hint of matcha.
Coconut milk isnt that rich.

Such a wonderful evening celebrating my sons birthday. My husband and I are vegan and the meals were delicious. My son had steak and it was cooked perfectly. The service was fantastic, and our waitress checked in to make sure everything was good. We will definitely be back soon. Thank you for a lovely evening.
Really love Bill's, the staff are always really friendly and polite, the food is always tasty and well presented and the decor and ambience is great too.
The only things that take their rating down a little is; they could do with a few more dishes on the menu. It was a very limited choice.
And the staff although really friendly and nice, did get my friend's order wrong, despite coming back to check after we'd ordered, and I had to ask another member of staff for the condiments we'd asked for and never received.
Other than those small issues, Bill's is a great place to go!
Now that was interesting! My wife and I (as ex-pats) have a certain memory of British food and restaurants. Saying that, it's always a surprise to find new stuff when we return - oddly enough, it was our son (born in the U.S.) who steered us to Bill's via his phone (thanks Google Maps!). "What's Bill's?" I asked.
We visited the Chichester Bill's June 27th, 2023. Immediate vibes of hipster with the decor.
I had the Santorini Salad since I knew I was likely to pig out for dinner later. Very pleasant - I'd like to know where they source their feta cheese. The stuff that I buy in the store crumbles to pieces once you touch it - Bill's feta was served in strips (see photo).
Highly recommend, food tasty and beautifully presented. Wish I could have left room for desert but was to full, so I'd say a decent meal size to. Furthermore the staff are wonderful, professional and friendly, top notch survice. Only issue is the service charge, always find it to be a little cheaky, but without it probably would have tipped more to be fair, regardless still 5 star on all accounts!
The food in this place is outstanding so it's the staff. We've been lucky to spend last Saturday there in my son's birthday and we will definitely come back. Many thanks
