it's very nice . Staff are pleasant. Quite slow service although yesterday was better the other day was stood queuing for 12 minutes! Coffee delicious though .
Very mice coffee shop inside a China and glass retailer. Menu has a good range staff very pleasant and friendly. For disabled users very good level access. Highly recommend the iced chocolate latte.
I had a really lovely herbal tea with the surprising and very pleasing addition of a cinnamon stick. Great service with a big friendly smile. Nice place to people watch.

It does get busy, so at times, there is a bit of a wait.
Drinks are always a good temperature.
Tables are cleaned quickly, with plenty of seating.
The whole store is clean and tidy.

Had a long wait, one girl serving at the till who was lovely, the other two were making drinks & chatting....didn't seam like teamwork with these two to keep the queue down, no one clearing tables. maybe they need more staff.

Came in for a quick toasty and a drink on the 25th of september or around that time I think. Was greeted and served by the two most lovely girls credit to them! One was fairly tall the other just a bit shorter and tattooed I didn’t catch there names unfortunately. How ever served quickly and efficiently with a smile both friendly and very profesional. I went to sit down but couldn’t due to how busy it was, both girls handled the rush like absolute champions how ever up on finding some where to sit I could another staff member sat around doing nothing, the other was on break I was told as a few tables hadn’t been cleared and both girls were busy behind the counter. Upon seeing the other staff member quickly saw her badge and it said manager she popped her head out a few times but the quickly retreated back to the back room as to not assist the girls. I think this is terrible behaviour from a manager and should be looked into as it was rather busy and was almost like she refused to help as she didn’t know what to do because of the rush. How ever the rest of the experience was wonderful credit to the other two girls out the front absolutely bossing it! You guys were ace! Thank you for the banter aswell!
Not the best costa I've been to, bubble tea had 3 bubbles in it. Staff don't really interact with you, but it was fine I guess in the grand scheme of things.
Quick visit to Clark's Shopping Village so decided to stop at Costa on the way back to the car. Refreshing mango cooler for me and tea for hubby. Perfect!
It's a Costa so you know what you will get, inside a shop but best thing is it's perfectly placed for parents to get a coffee to enjoy on the outside seating while the children enjoy the play area right outside
Excellent service today, the staff were working at full speed, despite the temperature, to keep the wait to a minimum.
Good drinks and seating outside to monitor the grandchildren in the Clarks play area.
Brilliantly run cafe. It was extremely busy but it was so well run that there was very little waiting. Some Costa outlets could learn a lot from this. Although they run a tight ship the staff remained friendly and helpful. A breath of fresh air. Please pass on my congratulations to all working there on 1st April. No fooling!
Slightly queued but very busy day for shopping so expected. Wonderful mannered staff and very polite. Perfect order thank you x
