The Red Cow's first venture into afternoon tea and I can thoroughly recommend it. A party of nine weary walkers was greeted warmly and served a delicious spread by attentive and helpful staff. Couldn't fault it. Good luck with your future endeavours with teas.

Wonderful meal! We recently had a meal at the Bell at Hampton Poyle. The red cow is far superior and much better value.

I had a very nice meal, a Chicken & Chorizo pizza which was full of topping, then followed with a very lovely cheesecake, thick rich and creamy and full of flavour. The beer was in top condition and the staff were very friendly. Will be going back for more. . .

Went for a family meal here today, after having tried several others in the area previously There were fourteen of us, ranging from 9 to 94, and we chose from the Sunday Roast menu Everything about the place was welcoming, cheerful and cosy. The food was excellently cooked and served hot, with plenty of well cooked vegetables, gravy and sauces We will definitely be returning here, and keeping up contact with the staff, in their newly established venture. They deserve wholehearted support, I am certain that they will do well here Many thanks to a top quality team

Have eaten here several times over the years, but last visit was certainly the best. You can certainly see that the staff are working extremely hard, and the food was lovely. Al in all, everything I expect in a village pub that is for both the locals and visitors - look forward to seeing the little subtle changes as it grows. Definitely worth a try if you haven't been before or for a while!

A family 70th birthday party tonight (mine) - they couldn't have been more friendly and more accomodating bearing in mind the time of year and a 17 strong party to cater for. Thank you. For everything.

Always great beer and food. Couldn't ask for a better local. Tapas nights,Paella nights are not to missed. The sharing steak dishes are fantastic. One of the few places that go an extra mile with the kids food and is exceptional value and fresh ingredients. You won't find better chicken nuggets or fish fingers for your kids. I always try the specials and am never disappointed. Always delicious everytime. Great ingredients cooked really well. A decent roast dinner aswell on a Sunday with plenty of choice. Again the kids options are fantastic value. Always have a big plate full. When the sun is shining the beer garden is great to soak up the sun and keep the kids happy. Overall great pub, great food and great welcoming staff!

Great little village pub. Bar staff were very friendly and the drinks were amazing value. I used this pub some 20 years ago and it’s still as great now as it was then. Also my mate loves the lighting 😜

I’ve been a number of times, with different family members mainly at lunch. We always have a wonderful experience, food is delicious and the service is exceptional; the Landlords and the team are always so friendly. To add Tapas night is amazing. Highly recommend and fur baby friendly. 🐾

Went for a pre booked Sunday lunch All OK the food served promptly my glass of red came in a cloudy glass that is a bit off putting ,not much choice for Rose only l type available, Sunday lunch fine but Yorkshire puds cold and our table next to the door a strange place to put a large table due to customers arriving constantly But we all ate and the kids enjoyed their food but it was a little confusing as our waitress asked us if they wanted desserts but we hadn't realised the were included in the price ! Staff pleasant

Lovely little country pub just off of the M40. The staff were very friendly and inviting, food was extremely tasty traditional pub grub. Meat was sourced locally and cooked brilliantly. Recommend the handmade pizzas too! Pub included a bar, dining area and was fairly accessible, plenty of outdoor seating. Limited parking but reasonably accessable. Wouldn't definitely return!

Stopped in here on the way home from an experience day in Bicester, on a Sunday afternoon. Plenty of space for the 4 of us. All staff very friendly and the food was lovely. Beer quality also very good, and I thought the prices were great!
