Order on the McDonald's app to table. Super fast and friendly service Oh, and the Frys were lovely and hot ๐Ÿ”ฅ Nice and clear Tables were cleared and cleaned soon after customers left. Staff members were very friendly and helpful ๐Ÿ˜Š Food didn't take too long, and my order was perfect ๐Ÿ‘Œ ๐Ÿ˜‹ Thank you Keep up the good work ๐Ÿ‘ ๐Ÿ™Œ ๐Ÿ‘

One of the better McDonald's with the added bonus of ample on site parking. A 24/7 site as well which is perfect after finishing a night shift.

Very pleased with the service we received. Freshly made food great service and very fast. I wish every McDonald will take example from this one.

Used the self service screens as always, i prefer the self service approach most times, a very welcome edition over the last few years. The meal was good, but the Big Mac was not hot enough, only warm. As a McDonalds best seller i was surprised. Maybe the old Big Mac is losing its popularity and waiting out in the cold. The Fries were perfectly hot and salted, the highlight of the meal.

Itโ€™s a really nice place, very clean and tidy. I went there for breakfast and it wasnโ€™t busy at all. Staff are really nice and friendly. However, the kiosk was a bit temperamental with the touchscreen and it took me ages to place my order. Managers really need to look into this. The way parking is organised itโ€™s not the best because there is a one-way system going all the way around Cineworld in order to get to McDonaldโ€™s parking. After the small roundabout, drive slowly and take your time reading the signs. Itโ€™s highly unlikely that youโ€™ll end up somewhere else, but what can happen is that you missed the turn for the car park And you end up in drive-through, at which point itโ€™s already too late because itโ€™s past the entry for the parking. Then you will have to go back to the little roundabout turn all the way around the one-way system and make sure you turn into the entry point to the left. Iโ€™ve been here for about 20 minutes now and I thought at least 20 confused Driver is missing their turn.

The food is as you would expect from a McDonald's fast food restaurant. Used their large touch screen to order food which can now be connected with your account on their app. Which is good as they offer various loyalty offers, discounts and points. Also noted my name printed on the receipt and they called it when the food was ready which was a nice personal touch. Seating was a little uncomfortable, too solid and low on the back support which meant staying for a longer duration not the best feeling. The place was busy too with lots of people queueing and ordering food standing up. There was no well organised space between those waiting for food and those sitting/eating. While there they had a couple issues with their ordering touch displays, but it was really good to see the manager sorting the issues rapidly and in a calm manner. Food and drink was served hot and had the right amount of crisp. Overall good experience, would recommend.

Nice this morning .. just a bit strange to see a delivery driver, taking stock into the store, and having to queue in the drive through to take it round the back..

Good movement in drive through, staff were attentive to customers and general accessibility for all. Shame about some of drive through customers quing for placement of orders. For some reason they couldn't follow basic road safety procedures, we have yellow x boxes no stopping on them, we have pedestrian crossings again used for stopping on. So parked in yellow boxes means cars can't leave car park making frustrated motorists going on to A61 (busy road) then we have pedestrians trying to cross to cinema "take their lives in own hands" one lane que to drive through restaurant other for exit off site as above. None of which is McDonald's fault all down to thoughtlessness of impatient motorists and unsupervised car parking area. 1/10/23 Pedestrians and car movement better this visit. Just shame about large wheelie bins left in disabled bay, may be weighting for lorry to empty them? not asked management why. Staff were as before friendly, efficient and helpful food good as well.
