We moved to Chesterfield about 5 years ago and it took a while to find dependable quality takeaways. My daughter recommended Golden Star and since then we've only ordered from them if possible. This evening we ordered a 'small' meal for two, with the full intention of having leftovers for tomorrow. It was quite honestly the nicest Chinese takeaway that we have ever had. The food arrived quickly, piping hot, and cooked to perfection. I am already looking forward totomorrow's supper.

Food arrived hot and pretty quickly considering they were about to wind down. (Way past 10pm).
Spare ribs were amazing. My friend was very satisfied with his beef in black bean sauce. Plenty of meat. My Singapore chow mein also really good. Again, very generous with the meat and veg.
Definitely be eating from here again. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is they don't do vermicelli noodles. But thats me being completely selfish. Lol.
