Had fish and chips recently from here and have to say its the best in chesterfield. Extremely fresh and well cooked. We will be returning. I did hear him say something about leaving in June? I hope this is not the case??

This is our favourite fish and chip shop. Always freshly cooked and delicious. I ring up and order and it's wrapped when I arrive to collect so the food is always hot and fresh. David and his wife are really friendly and welcoming and nothing is too much trouble.
I have been using this establishment for a long time it’s really great and it’s very clean. It’s nice to see people who care about the community and how they are doing their business. I like the fact they are still putting salt and vinegar on food for the customer to prevent contamination and germs

First time I have been to Calow Fish Bar and will definitely be returning! Everything was cooked to order, which while takes a while, the food benefits, and with the little buzzer this means in the current pandemic situation I could sit in my car till it was ready, great idea.
