15 of us travelled to Chesterfield from Langley Mill on Sat 31st July for my birthday. The bar staff were extremely friendly, very efficient and made us all welcome. There we're a couple doing a disco , which played fantastic dance music 🎶 and all our requests. We more or less took over the pub. T
Can get very busy at the weekends but some decent drink offers on and some good cheese music 😂😂🎶🤣

Good music, but I thought George Michael had died but turns out he works here. All seriousness though it's a decent pub but could do with a good IPA on draft or some cans or something for people like me but music was great and tv in for sports in every alcove. They seemed to allow well behaved dogs

Next time we are in Chesterfield we will be popping in for a few drinks such a friendly landlord and staff made us fill like we were at home shame we live so far away thanx for making our weekend great

Liveliest but friendliest bar in Chesterfield. Had a great couple of nights here with the top class bar staff and DJ and will no doubt call in next time we're in town.

Landlord is fabulous. Actually speaks to his customers & genuinely cares about their views. Lovely atmosphere. Friendly staff who you can have a laugh with.

Love the Sun Inn.... I call it my local!,as I don't live in town...atmosphere great...prices brilliant...it will always be my favourite pub...give it a try,you'll love it.
