Easy access to parking and it is well lit. There is wheelchair access to the front door, which leads to a public bar. I was quickly and pleasantly attended to, breakfast details sorted, and shown to my room. The room looked modern, clean and adequate for my needs, with kettle and tea/coffee sachets, and a TV. Everything works very well and the walk in shower is clean and modern. I noticed immediately the noise from the road as this room faces the front of the hotel, this persisted into the early hours (Sat/Sun) mainly from passing pedestrians and speeding motorbikes making their way home, so ask for rear room if this may bother you. Breakfast is served to your requirements I.e. time, size and specifics. It's a relatively limited choice but extremely good value and very generous portions 👏 Overall a pleasant stay, very nice people

The rooms were very nicely decorated & very clean. Could have done with a chair in both the bedroom & bathroom. It didn't mention that our room was on the third floor, yes, I'm disabled.!! Food in the evening wasn't available as they had an event on. The "small" breakfast was huge & represented good value.
