We visited here after we had tried to use a Groupon voucher at a Harvester on the same retail park. Unfortunately the Harvester has a gas leak so no Food.
We had travelled a long way so luckily found another great value Groupon and went to this Frankie and Bennys.

Typical standard from Frankie and Benny's, clean and tidy. Decent speed of service and good food. Food was hot and tasty. An all rounder. Music was playing a little bit loud for me but others might be okay with it. Great place for groups as well as family. I would eat here again.
Food are lovely, served it really quick.
Had a fantastic meal. Helen our waitress was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be going again.

Really appreciated the extra effort made for people with allergies/intolerances. Made choosing my food so much easier and I felt less of a nuisance. The waitress couldn't have been more helpful. Food was great

I love that Frankie & Benny's is consistently excellent no matter which branch I visit. This particular one stands out because the staff were very helpful and polite; they really couldn't do enough. Food was great as always. Thanks guys!
We were a large party for a celebration, so were asked to pre-order. We had our own area of the restaurant, service was excellent and the evening went off without a hitch Everyone commented on how great and well organised it was. Staff were really friendly and polite, and the food was good too!

Good experience in Frankie and Bennys. The staff were quick to seat our group, with us being a fairly big group it was good to see we were all sat together. Not really any different to other Frankie and Bennys (which is a good thing really).

Manager was lovely sorted it out, however chef not happy his food questioned.
Manager must be about 4months pregnant and lifting heavy boxes and using a sack barrow!! H&S Risk Assessment issues. Young kid just stood watching
