I live in Devon and was finding it hard to track down the sofa I wanted but eventually found it on the Eyres of Chesterfield website they even sold me the display model and delivered it to Devon and I am absolutely delighted with the service and condition of the sofa thank you very much Joanna for delivery the sofa and your colleagues for the customer service and help I received
We wanted to support a local business after the Lockdown(s) so we decided to get our new suite from Eyres. They were excellent throughout and provided support and advice when asked but were not at all pushy. Staff were very approachable , knowledgeable and helpful. There was a slight wobble over a delay in delivery but this is happening right across the sector at the moment. We were very happy with Eyres and will be using them again in future.
Fab store had many items over tge years. Went to order a new bed. The sales assistant Alison was very knowledgeable and helpful and it was nice to be able to see the same person as we visited the store twice. Quality products and good old fashioned service the cafe looked nice too, will try that next time.
Excellent home lighting, picture and furniture store over 4 floors. Has everything you need to furnish every room in your home. Quality products at competitive prices. Well worth a visit.
Excellent products backed up by excellent service. Our recliner developed a fault just out of warranty but that didn't matter. They came out straight away and fixed it. Id definitely recommend

Eyes is a wonderful traditional furniture site where customer service is a priority and quality a given. We have just purchased a new suite from them and nothing was too much trouble. They even took away the old suite. I would highly recommend.
We ordered three lots of furniture
The delivery date was exactly as quoted. However we had made a big mistake on the three coffee tables- they were too big for our lounge. With trepidation I rang Eyres to explain our problem. No problem they exchanged our set for a smaller set
The staff are great and the service is beyond expectations. We have bought a lot of furniture from and will in the future. I can't believe any negative feedback they might receive.
Eyes is a wonderful store with styles to suit all tastes. I have had many items and have just had an oak sideboard that is lovely, the service is excellent and delivery was on time. I will go back to them again and again.
Really impressed with the lighting department staff & the curtain department, nothing was too much trouble during my purchase selection. But must say that their after sales services has exceeded my expections.
We recently bought a new sideboard from here. We had all of the help that needed from the staff and easily set up the finance with the friendly staff members.
The sideboard was delivered a couple of weeks later by a friendly team of installers who wasted no time in setting it up in place.

Only department store left in Chesterfield and what a treat to shop there. Beautiful glassware, furnishings and Christmas decorations amongst lots of other things. Well worth a visit.
Best furniture shop for miles, helpful, knowledgeable and friendly staff, pay them a visit, you'll not be disappointed. Highly recommended.
Great place if you want good lighting they have a range of furniture and flooring options.also a nice coffee shop upstairs.they also know an excellent electrian to fix up your new lighting .would recomend to everyone.
