I was disappointed by Caprinos last Saturday; the food was late, cold and a few items were missing.
I did complain and within 24 hours I was contacted by the store who were very apologetic and helpful. Tonight I was given some free food and it thoroughly met my expectations. Very impressed!
I love this because I ordered so many times the pizzas are very very good taste to eat and I think in chester this is the best pizza and also value for money.....
Tried their pizza today and it was amazing! This is a brand new spot in chester. No wait time, proper covid protocols, reasonable prices. Will be coming again. Happy customer here.

They make good quality pizzas. staff work hard and cooperative. I have recently ordered from here and they take hygiene and infection control very seriously. My order has always been right. I have never had a reason to complain about Caprinos Pizza Chester

Very friendly staff - helped us save money by telling us which was the best deal. Excellent pizza, can tell they use good ingredients. There is a dominos 2 doors down, if you want to pay 4 times the price for a way worse pizza then go there if you want, but caprinos is, in my opinion, the best pizza
