Stopped for breakfast yesterday before we headed home on the train. Wow! The food was delicious, so tasty. It was so nice to have a change from the standard 'fry up'. We are definitely going to call in again when we are back in Chester.
First time visit to this beautiful cafe, right by the canal. I had the nicest tasting bacon in baguette I've ever had and the coffee was fantastic.
The dog was happy to with the free doggy biscuits too. So happy I've found this place. Highly recommended.
Been here with my Mum & Sister for Afternoon tea yesterday....
we sat outside as it was nice & sunny and there was plenty of tables to choose from.
The cafe inside is very nice too.
We were served by lovely Dean who was very good with his charm and hospitality looking after us...thank you as we will
Another fantastic meal at Fork & Flavour! Truly the best breakfast and coffee in Chester (in my humble opinion).
Amazing food, and probably the best cup of coffee I’ve ever had. Staff are also friendly and attentive. My new favourite place!
We moored next to Fork and Flavour overnight and so it was an obvious choice for breakfast. The service was excellent - warm, friendly and polite - the coffee was great and the eggs Benedict was exceptional. I must also confess to having had a mini eclair for breakfast - which was delicious. I will
Amazing little coffee shop, quiet but lovely setting overlooking canal. Home made marshmallows are perfect accompaniment with hot chocolate 😍 you can get a cake meal deal so what's not to love. There's no pressure to leave or buy more drinks, making it great for a get together.
A very welcome find on a cold morning! Friendly service and a decadent full English really started my day off right. I got an extra egg to replace the beans and tomatoes offered. If you’re passing, do check this place out, even if it’s just for a (very nice) coffee. If you’re not passing, seek it
Had a lovely Full English breakfast and cake. Delicious. Would highly recommend.
We go up to Chester from London about once a month, on average, and I can best describe Fork and Flavour as a pilgrimage site for our every caffeinated and brunch(enated) need. Superb coffee, terrific, friendly staff, wonderful canal-side atmosphere whether you're sat in our out, dog friendly, and t
Will be my go-to place for brunch from now on. I've had Eggs Florentine and it was the best dish I've had all year! Friendly staff, vegetarian options - all round excellent!
Edit: the food quality has gone way down, the service too. I have visited this establishment 5 times, each experience was wors
Great coffee, meals, treats and service. A lovely, chill spot right in the canal. High-quality ingredients and wonderful flavours across the menu
Lovely little cafe close to city centre but not bogged down by masses of people or noise. Really nice location next to the canal. Bees around, so be careful (got stung by one) during summertime!
I've been here 3 times over the last few weeks. I can't fault any of the food or drinks. From poached eggs on toast to the carrot cake, I can highly recommend the food, drinks, and the service. Keep it up....
Went in there for the first time last weekend with husband and daft viszla. They were really welcoming and brought us a bowl of water for my dog plus a couple of treats. Food was high quality and fantastic. Definitely restaurant quality. I noticed lots of vegetarian options which is handy for friend
Lovely venue on the canal in a handy location close to parking and shops . Great selection of sandwiches and patisserie items!!! I had a pesto, mozzarella and tomato sandwich accompanied with 12 mini patisserie bites (£12) all of which were delicious. My partner also had a coffee which he said was g
A lovely find and very reasonably priced. Visited with the family. The staff could not be more accommodating particularly with the children. The food was great with lots of choice for everyone. The only difficulty you will have is choosing what to eat because it all looks amazing.
