Generally it is very useful brand for those searching for any Home stuff. Also and more important to me iş that Dunelm have very kind staff in Chester branch. They help as much as they can regardless it is big or small and so honest. Finally, it is located in a retail park in Chester, so you can find all related ör smilar needings around it and 15 minutes to Chester by foot.

They had exactly what we were looking for. The store was a bit cramped but there seemed to be a good choice at reasonable prices.

Always full of customers, lots of variety in bedding, kitchen goods, lighting, soft furnishings, curtains and cushions. Great picture frames and choice of rugs. Can occasionally look a bit untidy but that's because of the number of customers. Pricing for be a bit more accurate... doesn't always tally with the goods(ie today i bought a new pillow and although it had a huge price tag that was attached/part to the packaging, they wanted to charge the new higher price. Clearly new stock is the increased price, but a bit disappointed that they are trying to cash in with old stock. Had to point out the packaging was less than the till said, however, checkout lady did change my bill. Still a shop i will visit for home goods for choice and good value.

Nice cafe, good coffee, friendly staff, jacket potatoes are nice, and good for home furnishings. Cooking utensils, always worth a good nosey round.

A really good shop! Well organised with a very acceptable cafe serving many delicious cakes. Dunelm sell many household items including soft furnishings, at very reasonable prices. The staff are always friendly and helpful, and there is free parking.
Top products but staff are very slow
Went to the cafe, had a baked potato. Several places cook these wrong, not here though. Was soft and fluffy all the way through, very tasty. They aren't kidding about the large latté either, wow. Definitely recommend a visit here, and I challenge you not to buy something on your way out.
