Fallow deer with bone marrow requires an extra £12 VAT but still worth a try.
Desserts are very good and highly recommend to order.

Forge is set in the hotel indigo and has a lovely vibe to the place. The food was nice however as with fine dining the portion sizes are very small and I don’t think it was just our table that noticed this. I think I had more meat with the pigeon starter (£12) then I did with the sirloin main (£30).
