This place is special. A very unique eating experience amongst many restaurants in Chester that are nearly all the same. Every dish is packed full of flavour, with an amazing vegan range they were brilliant at accommodating our requirements. With a great buzz downstairs and up in the lounge. Staff were great, and were doing everything they could to give us a great service. Just want to mention as well after a few clowns have mentioned the owners here and made completely inaccurate statements about them which is pretty poor form. I actually know the owners very well and he is a friend and one of my clients. He is a stalwart business owner of Chester who supports the city with his work and has an excellent networking group specifically to support local business owners like me. Great work guys. Keep up the good work.

Provided a Photobooth for a 21st birthday party. While I did not eat while there, the food looked well presented, everyone part of the party seemed very happy with the food... And the staff were very helpful and accommodating with the booths setup considering it's not a private hire venue in that manner.

What amazing night we had for my daughters 21st surprise party. I have to say Izakaya Japanese bar and restaurant is out of this world! We had our own private room with our own DJ and private bar, with our own private garden. Then when Lauren came in they had drums going for her entrance, we had dancers, they have saxophone players, the place was unbelievable and the food was so nice, everyone commented on the food, I had to write this status about the place because we were so well looked after. The hospitality was 2nd to none! Definitely going back! Lauren I hope you had an amazing time because you're an amazing person. Love you all the world

had dinner with the girls on friday and the food was so nice. the drinks where also really good. kim who served me was absolutely lovely too, the other waiter who helped me (adil i think) was always checking up on us to see if we was having a good time.
Had dinner and drinks. Great service and food was delicious. Particular highlights are the squid and the Korean wings starter. Great setting and atmosphere, we will definitely be back!
Amazing quality food. Had a couple of picky plates just for dinner and there wasn’t a fault with one of them! 100% pay for the taste, quality over quantity for sure!
