Being Dutch I can confirm it's like a Dutch fast food place. Everything is done 👍👍👍👍 there is nothing like fresh cut chips double cooked. Add satay sauce, friet sauce (not mayo) and fine cut onions. The chips o war (Patatje Oorlog). Staf were very nice and friendly. Also dog friendly!!!
Cannot recommend these chips enough! So tasty! At the Northwich food festival today, just nipped out to have a look around on my lunch break, and came across these lovely people! Super friendly staff, with big smiles! I was a little sad they didn’t have Andalouse sauce but the garlic mayo was really
Chip'd's food truck came to Church Farm for our wedding. Love it, it was flippin' awesome. We have converted many people. Really easy to organise up front and the team on the day were great too.
See you again soon, D&L
A bit of Benelux comes to Chester (NB. It's not just the Dutch who mayonnaise on their chips).
Nice skinned fries with an array of dips to choose from.
A bit overpriced really.
This has to be one of the best snack shops in chester. I can honestly say what a brilliant idea.
Basic menu items but loads of different dips.
Portion of chips is just the right size.
Bit of a wait for items
Really nice chips, very tasty. Not many Dutch dips available, mostly just generic sauces.
If the price came down I would eat here more but its hard to justify £5 for some chips even if they are very tasty.
Chip chip wahayyyyy!
The girls in here were so lovely, they were speedy with my order and created a lovely atmosphere. You can tell they work hard and have the customers best interest at heart. Melissa and Liv you truly are amazing!
Twice-cooked agria potato fries. The typical Dutch way. Good sized portions and well cooked. The cone shaped holder as well as being instagrammable also makes it easy to eat and dunk your chips in the sauce.
Had to wait a few minutes for the chips to cook which considering it was lunchtime and that
Nice thin-cut crispy chips. Friendly staff. Really like the cones with the sauce on top! Only downside is they are a little expensive for what they are.
One of if not the best chippy in Chester. If you just want chips, there is nowhere better. Not only are the skin on chips delightful, the selection of sources are fantastic.
If you've never been, it's a must visit.
Different chip shop with Dutch style fries with various dips. Ingenious box with room for your dip.
Tempted to try the Garlic Siracha dip but went with just normal Garlic in the end, which was really good.
Twice cooked and a light dusting of sea salt make these very tasty chips.
Bit pricey at £4.
Good place for french fries. Chips seems not to be triple cooked like in Netherlands, though. Still, liked that they put the sauce in a special container, instead of drowning your chips in it.
They have amazing Stuff, are super friendly and I love their sauces.
My favourite is Their packing which makes eating easy and 🍟 you don't need to carry with two hands.
My new favourite chip shop in Chester! Loved it! Highly recommended!!
Great chip shop, unique experience in seeing the potatoes cut right before you. Many and varied array of unusual and different sauces. Really good quality chips, friendly staff too. Many thanks
