just wanted to leave a review, praising 2 staff members on their faboulous customer service. not only were they lovely to me when i spilt my coffee, but also made me a new one free of charge.. what brilliant service.
A lot of space and areas. It’s an ok one to stop in. There is usually no parking around the area, but a parking lot nearby.
This is a great costa. Always clean, staff great, friendly vibe with regulars. Lots of outside seating for warmer days. Wheelchair/pushchair access
Nice cafe. Lovely ice coffee. Nice seating areas. Shame tuna melt wasn't melted enough

However I had a ‘little Seizure’ in the Hoole restaurant s couple of weeks ago and I’ve only just been able to make this review.
I just can’t say how grateful I was for the lady/ manager she was outstanding, cordoning of the area with baby highchairs, putting her own jacket under
Fantastic coffee shop situated in the heart of Hoole, great little Hangout spot for catch ups with friends and family. Perfect walking distance for Chester Creative Campus (Kingsway) university students. Staff are so welcoming and friendly. Highly recommend! 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻

staff here friendly. Our coffee good... as usual in Costa. Didn't eat on this occasion.
Only thing I thought was it's a shame a nice building has been altered downstairs ( talking about the outside). Spoilt look of building.
Very nice little coffee shop with nice and helpful staff. Good range of foods and drinks. Also a disabled ramp for easy access for anyone with a pram or wheel chair. Also plenty of places to chain up your bike.
Delightful KitKat Mocha today with all the trimmings!
The staff are friendly and helpful. As it is a chain cafe it’s hard to say more.

Friendly staff , Cam was very cheerful and helpful, even though he was on his own and was having to do everything from serving drinks and food and preparing orders … Well done Cam .

Lovely friendly and helpful staff. Tried and enjoyed the Christmas Irish Latte, was also offered the Christmas Roast which was very well balanced with chocolate notes. Had a great explanation about the new roast from the member of staff working the till. Lots of great cafes and coffee shops in Hoole
