If your after a decent drink of lager go to this bar - we visit off the wall every time we come into Chester it’s also had a refurb it’s really luvly and the staff as we have found in every bar we’ve been to are so friendly - look forward to returning to Chester and revisiting this bar and bar lounge too x
Loved this place, went 3 times this weekend wiv our hen party from Sheffield. Food and service were excellent and great value! Bar staff lads really looked after us xx

Start to finish we've been made to feel welcome, nothing was too much trouble. If you want to have something that is really fun, an experience you won't forget then this is the place to come. We loved it.

Descent sized room, mainly tap beers on.On ground level, beer was good, staff were friendly. Quite a few TV's around the place with sky sports on. Toilets were upstairs. Pleasant room which was clean. Nice visit. Will definitely pop in again when in the area. Enjoyed.

I stopped in with a few friends as we were walking to our hotel. We were lucky enough to get a big table we could sit round and we were impressed with the choice of beers on tap.
The service was friendly and efficient.
We will definitely return on our next visit to Chester.
Our first time visiting here for food/drink on Monday 22.08.22 - couldn’t fault it at all the staff were really attentive and friendly. I used the app to order and the service was excellent, drinks arrived within minutes and the food was absolutely gorgeous couldn’t fault it at all.
My Husband had the steak and ale pie I had 3 of the small plates and it was all piping hot and really yummy.
It was so good we actually went in again the following day where we both shared the ‘5 small plates for £12.49’ - absolutely stunning and fantastic value for money.
Music was great, place was really clean, all staff on both days were really lovely and friendly.
Will definitely be visiting here again the next time we visit Chester.

A good city centre pub with good deals. They have a gluten-free menu which is nice. The staff were friendly on a Monday night though it was pretty quiet. 👍🏻
It was mi first time going to have some lunch at this place. I visited few times but just for drink.
The lady that attend to me was so sweet and so patience with my questions ☺️ and this is what I ordered.
I used the Thursday meal deal. Any burger for £6.99 with drink. I’d pay the dessert apart.
Butter Chicken burger with bacon and cheese and cheesecake.
Lovely service. Amazing food, good price and enjoying views.
Highly recommend as always.

Myself and some friends came to off the wall for my 21st and couldn’t of been welcomed more by Jack the manager, We had an absolutely amazing night and can’t thank Jack more for everything he did to look after us and make sure we all had a good night! Thank you! We will definitely be back!

The day we called in for lunch, this place was incredibly short staffed, yet the staff were nothing short of polite, professional, unflustered and cheerful and although not everything on the menu was available, our (5) meals were presented promptly and tasted absolutely delicious! The five small sharer plates were amazing and the tikka masala and steak pie main meals went down very nicely Thank you!

The food we ordered came out quickly and was very good. Our only mixup was not realizing we needed to order up at the bar, and we waited far too long for them to come to our table for the order before realizing it. But that was on us!

Was looking for somewhere for a late lunch and I saw a guy holding a signboard for Off The Wall and I'd been meaning to check it out for a while!
The place was really busy, so the only free table I could find was under a TV showing darts! I sat to the side so a not to block the view of the table behind. It is a sports bar after all.
As it was super busy the food took a while to come out, but I was served a starter and a main within half an hour, though it felt like ages as I was hungry!
The food was amazing and the staff were really nice and friendly.
Just be careful on the spiral staircase down to the toilets!
Only one the lets the place down.... No real or craft ales! If they're had had real or craft ales (draught or bottle / can) this place would have scored five stars! 😃
My wife and I found this little gem of a pub while staying in Chester for a few days, great range of food and drinks at a very reasonable price, ideally placed for the Roman ruins and river, will definitely be our go to place on future visits to this beautiful old town
Had a few drinks here mainly stayed outside as the weather was great. Pool tables need levelling up,but enjoyable 😉
Really good value for money. Food is absolutely gorgeous. We had the nicest breakfast I've had for a long time. We were in town to pick my engagement ring and my coffee had a heart in it. It's always quiet when we go in maybe not enough people know about it although we like it as we hate crowds. We will be back this sunday on our kid free day!
