All of the staff members are extremely friendly and very attentive. Drinks are served up to the standards. Place is always clean as seen the staff clean up after every customer. I also read one of the reviews, that mentioned Beth being rude? I was actually there where the situation happened, and I can confirm that this is not true. I recall Beth asking the lady what type of milk she’d like, but she’d only respond with ‘MILK!’, being quite rude herself. She managed to handle the situation very well, and I couldn’t say a bad word about her. Absolutely brilliant place and staff. Would recommend!
Staff very helpful and kind. This Costa shop is very busy, non stop customer but staff was able to accomodate lots of customer with appropriate waiting time. Highly recommended!!
Can not fault this place. As a regular user, service is always great, working under extreme pressure sometimes as can be very busy. Beth, Ash and team amazing. My favourite Costa ever xx

I... have... NOT... been... in... here, since... SUMMER, 2019 - and, although... I... can-not... "SEE..." it's... much... "AIR-IER..." and... the... HIGH-BACKED... BOOTHS... have... gone, in... its... place, a... long... comfortable... couch-like... seat... !!
The... TRAIN... STAFF... collected... one-self... off... my... train... from... LIVERPOOL, and... took... me... to... the... COSTA... COFFEE, until... my... connecting... train... was... due - and... left... me, in... the... SAFE... CAPABLE... HANDS... of... "LEWIS," "KELSIE..." and... "RICH..." who... usually, do... NOT... do... "TABLE... SERVICE..." yet, came... to... my... TABLE, and... "SERVED..." me...!!

Was so chuffed with the service here, served by 3 lovely women this morning! I’ve worked in a busy morning coffee shop and it’s so difficult to keep on top of everything and keep a cheery attitude, and the baristas did that perfectly. Really brightened up mine and my girlfriends morning! Never leave reviews but the baristas need recognition for being so bright and cheery and you could tell everyone was very happy with the service. Thank you!
Nice convenient store, you know what you're getting with Costa. Although your experience can depend on who's working that day. The staff sometimes have a tendency to talk amongst themselves which can be seen as rude. Overall it's a reliable Costa.
nice place but a guy took his sandals off and had his toes out , was a bit off putting but staff and drinks were good
