I called in with my grandson and his partner for lunch yesterday at the Chester restaurant and the service was spot on, we were welcomed and shown to our seats within 3mins of entering the restaurant and were asked if we required any drinks straight away, these were served to us within minutes, the food was delicious and served promptly, this is the third time I’ve been here and all was excellent every visit
Staff were very attentive and as I'm on a slimming world plan they allowed me to build my own meal from the sides menu and a chicken breast allowing me to still enjoy a meal out with my partner and our daughter. Thank you.

Went to Frankie and Benny's for my daughter's 10th birthday meal. From getting in the door we had a lovely experience. The waitress was so nice and friendly. She even had a little chat to the birthday girl and asked her about her day. Our orders were taken efficiently and our food arrived in good time. I really cannot complain about anything. My other children are looking forward to spending their birthdays there now too. 10/10 from us! Thank you. X

Excellent diverse menu, many options for similar types of food. Bar inside a good place to kill time with your partner when waiting for a table as it is always busy in the evening. Brunch lunch and Sunday menus available too. General theme of place is relaxing with big band etc music in background for which the soundtracks are actually available to buy. Overall a good restaurant for both families and couples with excellent food at reasonable prices.
Service can sometimes be a bit slow, but otherwise great. Food and staff are always lovely.

We went out for lunch, myself my sister and 2 yr old niece. The server was Nikki and she was very helpful and customer focused. She explained what was on and off the menu and then checked for us, which was good as what I wanted had been off menu but was now back on. She was polite, helpful and happy in her role. Chatted to us and nothing was too much trouble . Great visit and will be back again
This place is a Superhero's lair! It's small but awesome. The service was great and the food was on point. All of the comics and action figures were super dope as well. It's a little far from us but totally worth the trip my Superhero Family and I loved it!!!
Fantastic service.. was here with my partner and our 6 kids and the staff could not have been more accommodating.. they were also great with the children and very patient. Food was fantastic and served quickly. A lovely experience:)
Wow! Went here for a family celebration. The service was excellent!! The waitress couldn't have been more attentive. All 9 meals were brought out at the same time and were all piping hot. Would recommend this place to everyone. We took a cake and balloons for the table and they sorted them out for us.
Went today with my mum. I take her out once a week for breakfast/ lunch. Always great service here. Mum is disabled and requires seating in a different area, this has never been an issue with the team at F&Bs. Jenna is always attentive towards us, and is always happy to help. Very friendly and is one of the reasons why we keep returning
Came for lunch today with a friend. Food was beautiful as always. The best part however was the service- outstanding! Nikki was such an attentive and friendly host who was very helpful and really made our visit! It's so refreshing to meet someone who is so genuine with such a positive attitude! Thank you for putting a smile on our faces today Nikki!
Food always taste good. Got a free main course through to my email as it was my birthday,need to sign up first to get deals. Candy Crush for dessert is really nice. Garlic bread is gorgeous. Lovely service,friendly staff,good music. Keep up the good work.
Great experience. In my taste way better than other fast food. I give a 5 for good attention, music, food and price. Will be coming back. Cannot add picture since already eaten very fast. Ed
Came here for breakfast and wasn't disappointed. Food was good (recommended the breakfast stacker ) and staff bubbly. Waitress Nikki very friendly, cheerful and service was very quick. Quite like the ability to pay by phone which I found more convenient for
Great team. We had a good meal, used our meerkat meals to get 241. Missing star as in my opinion it wouldn't have been worth it's full price.
